House holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria

A beautiful house with great pool and a very nice view of the mountain and sea. The kitchen is super equipped. Using the coordinates and Googlemaps provided by Monica, we easily found the house. We arrived at night and the ride by car to the residential complex where the house is located was a bit adventurous as it rained the days before and also on our arrival and the surroundings were very dark. But everything worked out Communication with Monica was flawless and she was very helpful. Supermarket and restaurants are easily accessible by car within about 15 minutes. We enjoyed it, despite some bad luck with the weather. But after 3 days of rain, the weather became nicer and we were able to explore Calabria. We would come back.

Beautiful, well-kept and authentic place. Lovely garden and pool with beautiful and clean view. Actually 7 minutes from the beach by car. The owners were very welcoming and flexible , they also made us find groceries at home and gave us the vegetables from their garden and the fresh eggs from the chicken coop! We absolutely recommend the place! Nb: it's important to keep in mind that the other apartment that accommodates 5 people in the same property is just 5 meters from our rooms and the tables to eat in the garden a few meters from each other :so great for two families of friends looking to join for the holidays

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Place is beautiful!!! A Beautiful sea ... transparent!!! the quiet place surrounded by nature ...Salvatore and his family are special, kind and helpful and welcoming. The house had everything you need and even more... So much free beach and not everything nearby... And the indoor pool was the icing on our vacation!!!! Thanks again Salvatore! Highly recommended!!!!

Lovely house with privacy at the beach. We were with 8 adults and that was very easy to do with the incredibly helpful co-host Andrea.

the location is not touristy but it's really convenient for travelling to the main locations. the villa was great and had beautiful gardens. the host support were amazing and incredibly helpful.i would return without a doubt!

Very nice house with everything you need. Just a few minutes' walk from the beach and a supermarket. The communication with Leo was great, he answered directly and took care of our concerns.

The appartament was very clean, modern and very spacious. Everything was very clean and the appartament had all you could want. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was able to be made very dark or you could allow natural light. Daniela was very nice and clear in her communication, she also advised on some great places to eat out. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Well-decorated small house equipped with almost everything you need for a short place to stay. Convenient location to reach the sea of Roccella on foot. Very friendly and responsive host.

We experimented a bit coming by train along the coast so didn't really know where we were going. We were really pleased when Alexandra offered to pick us up from the train station which saved us the walk with heavy bags. The house and garden are lovely and the kitchen well equipped so we could cook lunch/dinner. The walk back into town and the beach is easily doable in 15minute walk. There are two supermarkets nearby a nice little local bar and restaurant bar where we have bar b Q dinner one night. If you want a cheap beach holiday with very friendly local people and a lovely apartment you couldn't do better.

The place was in a great location close to the beach, clean, fully equipped. The host responded right away, gave us a tip for a great private beach, everything was perfect. We can only recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is lovely and nicely furnished with terrific balconies and lots of light and even a breeze at times. There is everything you need to cook and clean and Enza is a lovely host. Extra bonus is being able to look down on the lovely garden that surrounds the apartment building.

Umberto welcomes you with kindness and helpfulness. If you love modern art, you will be delighted by this charming well decorated apartment, opening onto a pretty balcony, with an unobstructed view of Reggio di calabria and a beautiful garden. We were very touched by his welcome and the wonderful visit of the palazzo della cultura Pasquino Crupi. The icing on the cake: free parking right in front of the property! Apartment is nicely furnished and spread over two floors with two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a bed with the possibility to set up a bunk bed. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. A washing machine is provided, Wi-Fi is not provided. The apartment is centrally located on a small side street. The train station is not far away. However, the train traffic is not disruptive. You can hear the occasional train announcements from the train station. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Communication with the host was quick and straightforward.

Salvatore and his daughter, Melania are very helpful and attentive hosts. The place is perfectly located - 5 min on foot from beautiful and almost empty beach. There are 3 big stores and big commercial center in the neighborhood. The house is specious and nice, however I would suggest renovation - especially the bathroom and second bedroom, where mattresses definitely should be replaced. The rest is good - kitchen has basic equipment (some pots, frying pans, cutlery, cups and glasses). There is a fridge and gas plate to cook. There is no air conditioning, but it’s not a problem at all. The place offers washing machine if you need. You can eat lemons and basil straight from the garden behind the house, which is very nice. There is another super nice thing - there are two very friendly dogs living in the property :) We spent great 10 days in Salvatore’s house - thank you!

My favourite Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Not only did V and her father welcome us in to their home with open arms but they made us feel like family. V’s communication was impeccable and checked in with us via message a few times to see if we needed anything during our stay. We were visited by V’s father every couple days who always brought us fresh fruit. Could not be happier. These people are absolutely magnificent.
