On the ground floor we have a kitchen with Lacanche hob, living room with fireplace and second smaller living room adjacent. There are 4 bedrooms: 3 in the main house. The 4th bedroom is in a separate studio. The outside space: a covered patio with bbq-area. At the back of the house a large swimming pool with view of the vineyards and garden.

A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment. We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.
