Located in an old flour mill, Studio Silhem has an excellent quiet location, just south of Limoges, close to the A20 motorway through central France and walk-able to the train station in St Germain les Belles. Bright & colourful decoration with a warm welcome. Equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave, kettle, fridge & coffee machine. Ideal for one night stop overs on a long journey to refresh yourselves. We can accommodate all arrival times. Outdoor table & chairs plus bbq available.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

This charming and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, is a wonderful place to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already ready for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course: everyone is welcome with us. Welcoming and private 45 m² apartment on the 1st floor of our annexe. Independent entrance and parking. Edge of village but within 5 minutes of shops and restaurants. Great views across our land and lake. Bright and clean accommodation. Ideal stopover for work or on route to the south and on to Spain; or for longer stays to explore the local area with its' medieval towns and chateaux, apples and madeleines, porcelain, limousin beef and cul noir pigs.

Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.
