Designed for long outdoor days and warm, unhurried evenings under open skies. Historic stone walls surround floodlit gardens, offering a private, peaceful setting. Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and a classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-ended pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Inside, exposed beams, thick stone walls and Smeg appliances combine character with comfort. 2026 is our 5th summer on Airbnb, and prices are held from 2025.

The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)
