Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

David was extremely helpful and his communication was better than anywhere I’ve ever stayed. The location is close to the beach without being in too much of a major tourist area. I felt like we got to experience some culture in the area which was so nice. The art murals around the neighbourhood were an added bonus. The cleaning lady was amazing as well.

The apartment was spotless and very well-equipped. The kitchen is full of appliances that make the stay very enjoyable, and apart from a small closet with super useful things for the beach. I have no complaints, we are very happy with everything.

This condo was exactly as described. Despite being a condo it also had several nice amenities such as an onsite restaurant, an onsite spa and their prices were very reasonable. You can also order drinking water and ice from the lobby and order housekeeping services. for a reasonable cost. The condo also had some beach toys and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. Definitely an Airbnb we would love to rent again.

It is from the first apartments that in my view was super complete. I have stayed in other apartments on the beach and this one surprised me because I had even a parasol, cart and chairs to spend a day at the beach. This is super complete in every way, you really don't need anything, that in my opinion was amazing. The beach the truth is not the most beautiful since it was complicated to enter by so many stones, but just next is the chamomile and it doesn't ask for much. Alejandro was attentive to us the whole time and supported us with every doubt we had, an excellent person. I would definitely go back to this same place again.

What a beautiful week we spent in Bucerias! Alvaro’s place was perfection! It was immaculate, and stayed cool on those hot and humid days! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked, the laundry worked great and there were closets full of towels, extra bedding, games, beach supplies, pillows, etc. the views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of a trash chute right down the hall. The staff was great. Friendly, ready to help in any way. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and our favorite place to hang out with big puffy beach chairs, large umbrellas, just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food beachside under a large shaded area. Truly, paradise. We plan to return with our family again.

Beautiful, peaceful space with thoughtful touches and an incredible ocean view. I highly recommend and already want to return. The design of the space is simply beautiful and so elegant you never want to leave. Plus the shower overlooking the greenery, TV and great coffee and treats! Monica has created something truly special.

This place was perfect for pool lounging and taking in the amazing views it has to offer! Nicely equipped gym. Beautiful jacuzzi on balcony.

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

Our host Adriana took very good care of us since check-in. We take your recommendations to travel to know the nearby beaches. The apartment is luxurious, we loved it. It has everything you need for a good time. Very quiet and with a beautiful view. The hike in the village is slightly heavy the climb, but if you have a little bit of physical condition go and go. I definitely recommend having a stay in this place. Thank you very much for everything!

The view is amazing! It was really nice to be away from the noise of the busy streets. Dixon did an amzaing job hosting. He gave great instructions from the very beginning as well as great recommendations. The apartment was clean comfortable and had great A/C. The pool was not used by anyone while we were there, other than us, but was clean and a great fresher after a day walking through town. The apartment was great for our short stay. There were plenty of places to eat close by. There are stairs that can take you down to the malecon/ocean, just bring your walking shoes. Make sure to stop by the hideout amd grab a boozy pop! We would stay here again hands down!

I was there in May 2025, 4 Nights. The apartment is in a very central area. I would definitely stay there again, it's a quiet place, it has safe parking, we never had problems finding a place. The apartment is very clean, it has details that other places do not have, such as mattress protectors and excellent quality towels. Everything is very well kept. We only got to use the pool for 2 days because they were going to do maintenance, but that shows that it's a good place where they care about the well-being of those who stay and live there. Betha sent us a message before we arrived with all the directions to enter. He allowed us to enter before check-in and leave after the time without any problem :) Excellent hostess.

This spot was amazing. The views are incredible and we never needed an uber or taxi to get around as everything was walkable. The walk up the hill is quite steep, (even for people in shape it’s a hike to/from the beach), but it’s worth it. It was a very safe area with lots of families out and about. There’s not much hot water but with the warm weather, we didn’t need it hot. We will be back!

Place was beautiful and had 2 balconies on opposite sides of the condominium which was great as we got beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset every day. Place was fear and very well taken care of. Can’t really ask for more when you have an ocean front property and the ocean is a few steps away. Description of the property was spot on. My family and I will definitely be looking at staying at this property on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta and have shared the information with our family and friends. Would definitely recommend stay here, very comfortable and close to everything in the area. There was a glitch in the address noted in instructions - it took us to the "not so touristy zone" of Bucerías. #greatful our Uber driver was so helpful am didn't drop us off there!!

Amazing experience! The place was spotless with clean facilities and easy access to Vidanta. The pool was incredibly relaxing, and we were especially grateful for the washer and dryer — such a convenient touch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Thank you for taking care of every detail in an apartment full of warmth and excellent taste. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and everything in general is super clean and in good condition, the towels and sheets are clean and hair-free, the beds are comfortable, 10/10 everything, we will definitely return! 😃 All the amenities offered by Maritima beach are excellent and the staff are very friendly, very good service. Suggestions: The grinder needs to be used with some frequency and keep the drain free of debris that can get stuck and clog due to lack of movement Roll-up blinds, especially blackout blinds for bedrooms Too big and heavy. And it is very easy to get stuck in the aluminum doors of windows.

The property where the apartment is located is excellent, with two swimming pools, beach access, fabulous views, permanent guard, and underground parking. The area is surrounded by greenery and nature, it is quiet, safe and with many options for eating. Ana's apartment is impeccable, very spacious, comfortable and modern. Top-quality appliances, bedding and mattresses. Ana is very kind and attentive. Highly recommended!

Just what we needed. Family friendly. Peace and quiet. Extremely beautiful garden and pool. Greatly recomended.... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also Alonso is a great host. Very responsive and alwayas willing to help. 6 stars if I could!!!
