Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

David was extremely helpful and his communication was better than anywhere I’ve ever stayed. The location is close to the beach without being in too much of a major tourist area. I felt like we got to experience some culture in the area which was so nice. The art murals around the neighbourhood were an added bonus. The cleaning lady was amazing as well.

El departamento estaba impecable y muy bien equipado. La cocina llena de electrodomésticos que hacen la estancia muy amena, y aparte un closet pequeño con cosas super útiles para la playa. No tengo ninguna queja, estamos muy contentas con todo.

This condo was exactly as described. Despite being a condo it also had several nice amenities such as an onsite restaurant, an onsite spa and their prices were very reasonable. You can also order drinking water and ice from the lobby and order housekeeping services. for a reasonable cost. The condo also had some beach toys and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. Definitely an Airbnb we would love to rent again.

Es de los primeros departamentos que a mi punto de vista estuvo súper completo. Me he quedado en otros departamentos en la playa y este me sorprendió porque contaba hasta con sombrilla, carrito y sillas para pasar un día en la playa. Esta súper completo en todos los sentidos, realmente no te hace falta nada, eso a mi parecer se me hizo increíble. La playa la verdad no es la más bonita ya que estaba complicado ingresar por tantas piedras, pero Justo a un lado está la manzanilla y no le pide mucho. Todo el tiempo Alejandro estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y nos apoyaba con cada duda que teníamos, excelente persona. Sin duda volvería a regresar a este mismo lugar.

What a beautiful week we spent in Bucerias! Alvaro’s place was perfection! It was immaculate, and stayed cool on those hot and humid days! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked, the laundry worked great and there were closets full of towels, extra bedding, games, beach supplies, pillows, etc. the views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of a trash chute right down the hall. The staff was great. Friendly, ready to help in any way. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and our favorite place to hang out with big puffy beach chairs, large umbrellas, just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food beachside under a large shaded area. Truly, paradise. We plan to return with our family again.

Beautiful, peaceful space with thoughtful touches and an incredible ocean view. I highly recommend and already want to return. The design of the space is simply beautiful and so elegant you never want to leave. Plus the shower overlooking the greenery, TV and great coffee and treats! Monica has created something truly special.

This place was perfect for pool lounging and taking in the amazing views it has to offer! Nicely equipped gym. Beautiful jacuzzi on balcony.

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

Nuestra host Adriana nos atendió muy bien desde la llegada. Tomamos sus recomendaciones para viajar a conocer las playas cercanas. El departamento está de lujo, nos encantó. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar un buen rato. Muy tranquilo y con vista preciosa. La caminata al pueblo es ligeramente pesada la subida, pero si tienes un poco de condición física sin problema vas y vienes. Recomiendo sin duda que tengan una estancia en este lugar. The view is amazing! It was really nice to be away from the noise of the busy streets. Dixon did an amzaing job hosting. He gave great instructions from the very beginning as well as great recommendations. The apartment was clean comfortable and had great A/C. The pool was not used by anyone while we were there, other than us, but was clean and a great fresher after a day walking through town. The apartment was great for our short stay. There were plenty of places to eat close by. There are stairs that can take you down to the malecon/ocean, just bring your walking shoes. Make sure to stop by the hideout amd grab a boozy pop! We would stay here again hands down!

Estuve en Mayo 2025, 4 Noches. El departamento se encuentra en una zona muy centrica. Sin duda volveria a hospedarme ahi, es un lugar tranquilo, tiene estacionamiento seguro, nunca tuvimos problemas para encontrar lugar. El departamento está muuy limpio, tiene detalles que otros lugares no tienen como protector en los colchones y toallas de excelente calidad. Todo está muy bien cuidado. La alberca solo nos tocó 2 dias porque le iban a dar mantenimiento, pero eso habla de que es un buen lugar en donde se preocupan por el bienestar de los que se hospedan y viven ahi. Betha nos envió mensaje antes de que llegaramos con todas las indicaciones para entrar. Nos permitio ingresar antes del check In y salir después de la hora sin ningun problema :) Excelente anfitriona.

This spot was amazing. The views are incredible and we never needed an uber or taxi to get around as everything was walkable. The walk up the hill is quite steep, (even for people in shape it’s a hike to/from the beach), but it’s worth it. It was a very safe area with lots of families out and about. There’s not much hot water but with the warm weather, we didn’t need it hot. We will be back!

Place was beautiful and had 2 balconies on opposite sides of the condominium which was great as we got beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset every day. Place was fear and very well taken care of. Can’t really ask for more when you have an ocean front property and the ocean is a few steps away. Description of the property was spot on. My family and I will definitely be looking at staying at this property on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta and have shared the information with our family and friends. Thank you for opening up your beautiful place to us and hope to visit again soon.

Would definitely recommend stay here, very comfortable and close to everything in the area. There was a glitch in the address noted in instructions - it took us to the "not so touristy zone" of Bucerías. #greatful our Uber driver was so helpful am didn't drop us off there!!

Amazing experience! The place was spotless with clean facilities and easy access to Vidanta. The pool was incredibly relaxing, and we were especially grateful for the washer and dryer — such a convenient touch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Gracias por cuidar cada detalle de un departamento lleno de calidez y excelente gusto. La cocina perfectamente equipada y todo en general súper limpio y en buen estado la verdad, toallas y sábanas limpias sin cabellos, las camas cómodas, 10/10 todo la verdad, sin duda volveremos! 😃 Excelentes todas las amenidades que ofrece Maritima beach y el personal muy amable, muy buen servicio. Sugerencias: El triturador necesita que se use con cierta frecuencia y mantener el drenaje libre de residuos que pueden atorarse y obstruir por falta de movimiento Persianas enrrollables..especialmente las de blackout de las recamaras Demasiado grandes y pesadas. Y es muy facil se atoren en las puertas de aluminio de ventanales.

El predio donde está ubicado el departamento es excelente, con dos piscinas, acceso a la playa, vistas fabulosas, guardia permanente, y estacionamiento en el subsuelo. La zona esta rodeada de verde y naturaleza, es tranquila, segura y con muchas opciones para comer. El departamento de Ana es impecable, muy amplio, cómodo y moderno. Los electrodomésticos, ropa de cama y los colchones de primera calidad. Ana es muy amable y atenta. Super recomendado!

Just what we needed. Family friendly. Peace and quiet. Extremely beautiful garden and pool. Greatly recomended.... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also Alonso is a great host. Very responsive and alwayas willing to help. 6 stars if I could!!!
