Demiian was very attentive and flexible regarding our arrival time. He responded quickly and was always very clear. The place is very comfortable and in a very quiet area. My friends and I had a great time. Thank you!

Everything was perfect, just a little communication problem at the beginning, since they did not respond to my messages and had not sent me the check-in information. From then on, everything was perfect, the place is beautiful, the location is real, they have air conditioning in every space which is perfect and everything is in excellent condition for your stay and comfort, it is a private community but you don't even notice the neighbors, they are all very respectful and the common areas are clean. 10/10 🥳

Excellent accommodation! Everything was perfect. Emmanuel and Marisol are amazing, attentive and very kind hosts. The experience was super pleasant, I would definitely recommend it and would return without thinking.

Our second stay at the coto but with family this time. Everyone loved it. We had a problem with the water heater and Jessica send us someone to help us right away. She is a formidable super host and I recommend her highly.

From the reservation Alejandro was super attentive and I support us in everything, the very pleasant house has absolutely everything, the area is very quiet and easily accessible. My family and I felt right at home!

Very good, everything was comfortable

Very good accommodation. We were very comfortable in Angel's apartment, very good location. It's close to the public beach and there's an Oxxo and some very good tacos coming out of the coto. It has everything you need to cook and we loved that the pool was just a few steps away. We hope to return!

I loved the apartment, the stay was very pleasant, having a garden space was very relaxing, the spaces were clean, the beds were very cozy, the pool space was excellent, clean and air-conditioned, I would return without hesitation

Fabulous home. Very roomy. Very clean. Brianda and Paco responded to any need or issues immediately. Laundry on site, and even laundry supplies. The pool was private and comfortable. The whole place was utterly spotless and well taken care of. I could not have chosen a better location, or a better host. Thank you both for having me. I wish I had booked my time there longer

Great place to stay ! new building safe parking garage. 5 min drive to the Malecon nice pools and friendly staff. Highly recommend Ramon's place.

The main reason that we stayed here was because of the 3 beautiful and spacious pools and beach access. We were mindful that the living space was small, but it was made up with amenities. Juan Pablo was very accommodating and was attentive to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely be returning for future Nuevo Vallarta trips. The security of the condominium was very assuring and would definitely recommend for families.

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!
