The condo is more beautiful than in the pictures. Wendolin was so amazing and proactive helping us set up transportation for day adventures and immediately helped remedy slow internet. Mina was beyond words. Her food was so fresh and delicious. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is amazing. The waves could be rough but our son loved it with a boogie board. You can rent ocean equipment on the beach. There’s a little store on the premise for things in a pinch. There’s not a lot around the area so setting up some sort of transportation is helpful. We chose to do a tour of the Marietta’s and a couple hours checking out sayulita. Mostly we just couldn’t wait to get back to the condo. It was perfect! We are trying to figure out when we can return. So many thanks for Wendolin and Mina

My only suggestion would be to have a toaster oven as there is no oven. Somethings are just not meant to be reheated in a microwave.

This was our second time staying at Mayra's place. This unit is very clean and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

We just had the best vacation at Enrique’s condo. We had a big group and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The pools and beach areas were gorgeous and we practically had it to ourselves every day. We did day trips to La Cruz, Punta Mita, and Sayulita which were all very close. We highly recommend having Juanita shop and cook for you! She’s absolutely wonderful and we felt spoiled by her. Everything she made was delicious! If you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place. We would love to come back!

wonderful condo unit this was perfect for 2 people but could sleep more, with lots of amenities. the pool area and restaurant were amazing . the prices were very reasonable and the staff were very friendly and always there for your needs... we would most definitely stay again!!

The place is a bit old but it feels well maintained and very clean. The amenities and service are almost like a hotel, although it does not have the hotel's cleaning and linen change service. The common areas are excellent, the pool is around 1500m2 and there is a garden for the children to run. Good access to the beach too. Your kitchen is well equipped. In general, it is a recommended place to take the family on vacation. Thank you.

The place is very good, it has many restaurants where you can eat very rich food, a shopping center nearby with everything you need, a very good private beach to get into the sea and quite spacious temperate pools. The room is most comfortable and functional. The host is very attentive to your arrival and detailed to provide instructions.

The accommodation is as described in the publication. Very cozy and in a very quiet area. Mr. Salvador was very kind and attentive to all concerns, both he and his son were attentive. When I return, I will definitely look to stay with them :)

Just finished a 12 night stay and everything was fabulous. Expectations for my AirBnB visits; Safe/Secure, clean and well described property and communication, Communication was handled above and beyond. Very quick responses-always They offered filtered water and once it was close to empty it was replaced. The bed was comfortable, the space was as described and roomy. This was a solo trip for myself and was 12 nights in PV. The Malacon is a quick 2+ block walk, plenty of restaurants and places to grab coffee nearby. During my 12 nights, I didn’t take one taxi or uber, even though I know both are very reasonable. Very walkable! Breakfast at Memes Pancake house was a great way to burn off their beautiful breakfast offerings, walked. (Cash only). My FIRST visit was in 1998 and enjoyed the Pancake house, really low prices then and now. Had a nice dinner at Si Senor -350 feet, Gabys-700 feet away. Both excellent. My mornings always start early and coffee on the rooftop-PERFECT

The suite was very spacious and clean. Space looks exactly like the pictures. On site staff was very kind and helpful. Host was kind and allowed for early suitcase drop off. The rooftop area was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again.

I had a very nice stay in this Airbnb. The apartment complex is very nice and the pool and gym are fantastic. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The apartment staff and security were very friendly. It is close to many good restaurants and things to do but is very peaceful and quiet which I appreciate. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was truly amazing! We have stayed in La Cruz before but this condo exceeded all our expectations. The private pool was great for our toddler who is learning to swim. The views were amazing. The Marina is beautiful to wake up to and also watch the sunset. The Sunday market was great!! Lots of walkable restaurants. Edwin’s communication is 10/10. Super friendly and responsive. Overall would highly recommend. Will definitely be rebooking in the future. Thank you Edwin!

From Check-in and instructions Paul was right there to welcome us and give us the necessary info. Any problems or questions, he was also quick to respond. Very helpful. Supermarket was close and within walking distance as was the local bus. Great restaurants within walking distance. Pool was perfect with amazing views. Very large condo, well equipped and a relaxing place.

Third time here and I will always return. such a great apartment close to everything, it includes umbrella and chairs for the beach. towels and so much more. truly a hidden gem! you won't regret booking this gem!

Maria she's such a wonderful woman and she's one of the greatest people I've ever met and she's wonderful and very kind and her husband was very kind and there house is such a comfy and clean and easy to access. it's has a great kitchen and big living room and nice bedroom comfy bed. The house is 4 kilometers closer to Down and there's stores nearby and restaurants closeby. access to city bus, I recommend Maria house to anyone coming to visit Puerto Vallarta should rent from Maria and You will be pleased with her kindness and how good the place is for the price.

Fantastic place quiet Mexican neighborhood. Great view with great internet even on roof. No noise after 10 PM. Wonderful butchers and grocers within a block. 10 restaurants within 2 blocks. Highly recommend this place if you want privacy away from tourist area. Great bus service, bus to town every 5 minutes. Only down side is furniture is old but plenty good for a rental.

Excellent host, always attentive and very flexible with check-in and check-out... he allowed me to arrive at 12.30 and leave at 17.00 at no extra cost... highly recommended

I really enjoyed my stay here! Jeimy was a pleasure to work with and she was very responsive to the requests that I had. I also really enjoyed the neighbourhood, as it is immersed in the locals and had a strong sense of community living here for 1.5 months. Thank you for everything!

We had everything we needed to cook with for our month long stay . A full size fridge with freezer, coffee maker, blender, 2gas elements and dishes, pots and pans. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. Taxis or Uber were very easy to get. We visited the local grocery store and OXXO convenience stores. Even got fresh made churros a block away. The owners were so nice, so friendly. Ask for water and you get a big jug to drink and cook with. Shower worked just fine even tho the water pressure is low. Lots of hot water for bathing and toilet works very well Taxi to the Pier $8 and takes about 20-30 mins. Depending on the traffic but you get to see so much of the country side and the city. I would definitely stay here again .
