We just had the best vacation at Enrique’s condo. We had a big group and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The pools and beach areas were gorgeous and we practically had it to ourselves every day. We did day trips to La Cruz, Punta Mita, and Sayulita which were all very close. We highly recommend having Juanita shop and cook for you! She’s absolutely wonderful and we felt spoiled by her. Everything she made was delicious! If you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place. We would love to come back!

This was our second time staying at Mayra's place. This unit is very clean and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

wonderful condo unit this was perfect for 2 people but could sleep more, with lots of amenities. the pool area and restaurant were amazing . the prices were very reasonable and the staff were very friendly and always there for your needs... we would most definitely stay again!!

The place is a bit old but it feels well maintained and very clean. The amenities and service are almost like a hotel, although it does not have the hotel's cleaning and linen change service. The common areas are excellent, the pool is around 1500m2 and there is a garden for the children to run. Good access to the beach too. Your kitchen is well equipped. In general, it is a recommended place to take the family on vacation. Thank you.

The place is very good, it has many restaurants where you can eat very rich food, a shopping center nearby with everything you need, a very good private beach to get into the sea and quite spacious temperate pools. The room is most comfortable and functional. The host is very attentive to your arrival and detailed to provide instructions.

The accommodation is as described in the publication. Very cozy and in a very quiet area. Mr. Salvador was very kind and attentive to all concerns, both he and his son were attentive. When I return, I will definitely look to stay with them :)

I enjoyed staying here. The room had AC which was a plus considering how hot it was. The neighbors are kind and there are some spots to get food at night in that same block. The place is also walking distance from the plaza. Host gave us some recommendations for food and was really responsive.

This was the second time staying here and will continue to recommend. The location is right on the beach in the same area as pretty much all high end hotels on the same strip. Manuel was on top of things and always responsive. Secure area and parking with 24/7 security.

The apartment has everything you need, clean, in good condition and tidy upon our arrival. Alejandra and Carlos are very attentive with excellent time to respond to our needs. We had a great time in the family. I would definitely come back !

We visited Puerto Vallarta and stayed at Bertha's accommodation, the place is located within a subdivision which makes it very safe. There is a supermarket and shops outside, which makes it very practical to go out and buy things, since it is a few minutes walk. The accommodation is very comfortable, it is very nice and has all the necessary services, it is as shown in the photos. Bertha was always attentive and her response was very quick. I definitely recommend staying at their place :)

I 'm sad I am not writing this fabulous review from the patio of Betty's gorgeous aparment. Her place surpassed our expectations. Prior to our arrival Betty, Dario (the property manager) and team made sure we had everything we needed. A driver to and from the airport, groceries in the unit prior to arrival, a surf instructor, restaurant recs, etc. Once we arrived at the apartment, we were blown away. The place is huge, super clean, cozy and in the perfect location. The patio is covered and directly in front of the pool & beach. So peaceful and quiet. We spent many hours a day reading on the patio listening to the sound of the ocean. The town is just a 5 min walk from the beach and/or street with LOTS of fantastic restaurants, one being directly across the street. We are already planning our 2026 trip to ensure we can secure her place. Cannot wait to go back!

A very nice place, clean and above all comfortable, it is close to everything and I received good attention, in addition to the pool being very nice, easily accessible, my stay was very comfortable and I will definitely be back, thank you for the attention ✨

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, we absolutely love the location, we chill out here and love hanging on the balcony watching the action the marina creates both coming and going. We also like the fact you don’t need to turn the A/C on , we leave the patio doors open as it’s shady in the afternoon and just relax. The pool is a perfect place to hang out in the hot parts of the day, it’s easy to cool down if needed. We can’t wait to get back here !

A FORMIDABLE STAY! this is how I would describe the place where we stay, a super cozy place with well accommodated spaces the super clean beds, the area is super quiet and full of places both food and shops, beauty salon etc and by the way, 10/10 Karla recommendations, super friendly, super attentive and attentive at all times, that gives you a peace of mind when you are renting some place, that if we would return? of course yes!!!

The apartment as such is very comfortable and pleasant, the price seemed a little high, but in general all the accommodation in Tepic is expensive. I recommend the Airbnb. It's very close to the bus station and less than 1 kilometer from downtown Tepic. The air conditioning cools the room very well and you sleep very comfortably. It has everything you need to spend a pleasant night.

She was super accommodating for an early check in, had a last minute work emergency during my vacation snd needed a place with strong wifi. Grateful for her hospitality and quick responses. Stayed in one of the upstairs rooms and the view is gorgeous, super spacious
