Great place, lots of charm and the different indoor and outdoor spaces are very beautiful and very nice. 100% consistent with the photos, perfect for a stay with family with children or friends. The house is quiet while being located close to all amenities. Available and responsive host. We will come back, I recommend 150%, the whole family loved this very beautiful house with very pleasant exteriors. The living room with the fireplace to end the day quiet is a real plus

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

We stayed three days at Jean Noel and Fabienne's, we were greeted by Jean Noel who is incredibly kind and wise. He explained everything to us for our stay (the best places to go, etc.). The accommodation is impeccable, made with great care, we feel at home, everything is adjusted and thought out perfectly! The Jacuzzi is great! The laundry smells very good! We needed a quiet place to recharge in nature, it was an exceptional time! I thank Jean Noel for his real estate advice that opened our eyes! Jean Noel has a soothing energy that perfectly reflects the location of the chalet. We'll be back soon!

We greatly enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful villa in Seignosse! The house was comfortable and equipped with every comfort, and the private pool was really a lovely extra. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog – he enjoyed as much as we did! The location is quiet yet close to the beach and nice villages in the area. Everything was well arranged and the contact with the host was pleasant and smooth. Thank you so much for the nice holiday – we'd love to come back!

We had a great stay at Elsa and Julien's house! It is fully equipped, very clean and really super nice - Perfect for a family stay. The children loved the many games available (special mention for the turntable and the garden hut)! A big thank you to both of you for your warm welcome and availability!

Highly recommend Mickael’s place. We stayed for a week with a group of friends and had a lovely time. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area of the house and the proximity to many activities + beach.

We stayed at Florian's for a family vacation. The size of the house as well as its terraces were very pleasant for the group of people that we were. We enjoyed the large outdoor table as well as the 2 barbecues available. The kitchen is a great place for collective living! The location of the house is very convenient because it's close to the beach and the city center by bike but not on foot. The only point we liked the least is the location of the house because it is in a cluster of houses and close to the neighbors. Each room has a bathroom and this is very appreciable. We liked the choice of two bedrooms with double beds and the other two with single beds.

Everything was perfect, very nice house that met our expectations. Well equipped and in an ideal setting. Thank you for this stay that I highly recommend.

We left at 10 and had a great time. The accommodation is very large, which leaves space for everyone to rest. the kitchen was perfectly equipped with kitchen utensils suitable for small and large families!! the large covered terrace allows you to barbecue even in rainy weather, which is a plus. in short, we had a great stay.

I booked with Patrice for a family weekend and my wife's 40th birthday. What a good decision! Patrice was proactive, gave us clear instructions and was able to respond to all our requests. He even made a gesture towards my wife for her birthday, for which we thank him immensely! The accommodation overlooks the sea, and the beach is 2 minutes' walk around the dunes with the children. We will surely return and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there! Thank you again Patrice for this truly unforgettable weekend!

We had a great time with our three daughters. Julie is available, helpful and always smiling. The place is quiet, peaceful and you'll find everything you need to feel at home as soon as you put your suitcases down. We will gladly recommend this address to our loved ones and we would gladly return there.

Our stay at Delphine's went very well, the hospitality is impeccable. Delphine made sure that we had everything we needed by being easily reachable by phone. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the living room is perfectly suited to a group of 8 people. Highly recommend this sweet spot. If we go back to Mimizan we'll come back here!

Very nice accommodation, functional, clean, in a very quiet neighborhood. Large garden equipped with swing, garden furniture, parasol, hammock, water point and above all very well shaded by trees! Baby accessories with umbrella bed, booster and footrest, very practical ;) The location is ideal, we had our bikes and could easily reach the town center (5 min), the beach of Saint Girons and the pond of Léon among others, via bike paths in the pine forest most of the time. Ideal place to stay for families with very quiet swimming for the little ones at the edge of the Léon pond if the waves are too big at the edge of the ocean ;) However, we were inconvenienced by the smell from the nearby resin factory, which depends on the wind direction. Only bothersome outdoors and intermittently. Thank you for this trip!

Nice little house with green shutters, very well maintained and in accordance with the description. Located in a peaceful haven, we had a great stay. Very welcoming hosts, everything was perfect.

This home is a little gem. Tastefully decorated, clean, and matching the photos and descriptions. We spent two nights in this charming little studio, close to the ocean. That said, the lack of WiFi and a washing machine is not ideal for a long stay. Despite this, we had a great time in Mimizan. The rental is rather close to the city.
