Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Guests will enjoy the entire garden, an outdoor terrace for lunch/dinner, electric grill available. The forest is opposite 3 minutes away, a farmyard with talkative chickens nearby.

Composed of a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, shower room, equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Towels included. Airial exterior with garden table, parasol and barbecue A security deposit of €150 will be required on arrival.

Ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac and close to the town center. 6 km from the beach. Shopping mall 2 steps away and close access to the bike path. Equipped kitchen. Walk-in shower. Separate bedroom with double bed (140 x 190) and large sliding closet. Linens and towels are provided. The end of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. This accommodation is not accessible for people with disabilities.
