The patio is located in a residence overlooking shaded common areas in the pine forest. In summer the shade of the pine trees is very pleasant and the winters the light is well present. The back terrace invites you to rest and relax in the shade of a large pine tree. The entrance opens to the kitchen and living room. On the ground floor there is the master bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, the mezzanine has been extended to create a bedroom and a landing: 2 double beds and 1 single.
