From there you can reach Bad-Cannstatt (Cannstatter Wasen) in 12 minutes by car as well as the Königstrasse in Stuttgart in 18 minutes by car. A bus stop is 100 meters from the house, which serves the destinations Waiblingen, Fellbach and Esslingen. The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.
