We had such a great time here for a mom's only vacation! Everything was beautiful and just as described. Restaurants and the area around are extremely walkable. Would definitely come back again!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Just a heads-up for future guests: while the house itself is great, it took us about an hour to get to places like Downtown or South Beach because of traffic. Miami traffic has definitely gotten worse, so plan ahead if you have places to be. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Adam was a fantastic host; he is very professional and super accommodating. He provided us a complimentary early check in and late check out after our flights got changed due to airport construction which we were so appreciative of. He goes above and beyond for his guests. He was very responsive to anything we needed and brought us donuts on the morning of us check out which was such a nice surprise. The place was very clean and great for a girls bachelorette weekend. The decor matched the vibe of the weekend and Miami. The place was walkable to the downtown Design district. We also appreciated that there was clear information provided about the property and we did not have to clean the place on check out. We would highly recommend Adam as a host, this property, and we would stay here again.

Niki left us with such a beautiful home. We ran into her and she was the sweetest soul ever, making sure we had everything we needed and even made sure we could text her if we needed more essentials from the home. If you’re looking to stay somewhere peaceful and a place to feel at home Niki’s is definitely the place to stay!

Great staying at Fellipe’s place, the apartment is very spacious and with a lot of natural light. The bedrooms are also very big and highly comfortable. Location is fantastic, with lots to do nearby and not far from other touristic areas. The communication with Fellipe was smooth, with prompt replies to our doubts. We would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Fort Lauderdale! The location was perfect — super close to tons of amazing food options, shops, and everything we needed. It was really convenient to get around, whether walking or driving. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made the check-in process easy. Marilyn & Mocha are an absolute pleasure! This was an amazing stay, the atmosphere is breathtaking. The place has everything you need and more. You don’t even want to be inside because it’s so gorgeous out on the patio!!! Marilyn was extremely kind, and helpful. Mocha and Marilyn were a joy to be around. I stayed here for 3 nights with 2 friends to attend a wedding and we enjoyed ourselves very much! The location alone was worth 5 stars, a great value for the price. The beach and great restaurants were just a few steps away. Hosts were friendly and always responded quickly. We didn’t have any issues during our stay so I didn’t need to reach out but I know if I had I would’ve gotten help in a timely manner. Beautiful backyard space to enjoy, we played cards and enjoyed listening to the local music at night. We drove from a few states away so we arrived late at night, we did need to circle the block a second time to find the home but I imagine during the day it would’ve been very easy to find. Something to note if you are clumsy like me or traveling with someone older-the shower floor is incredibly slippery, I would recommend bringing a non slip mat. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Thanks for a great time!

We arrived at the location and we had a little confusion so, we called Brigida and she answered right away. The place is clean and had the things you need to cook a meal and all the toiletries needed for the bathroom etc. The outside areas were abundant, clean and pleasant for relaxation. Also very private. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was clean and hot. We spent a good amount of time iguana watching in the tree tops. Don’t worry they’re completely harmless to people. The spot is close to everything you may want to do in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. No more than a 30/45 minute drive. There were stores and places to eat close by, for convenience. Overall, Brigida was a great host and very helpful and easy to deal with. Hopefully, we can head back to the area soon and have her as a host, again.

Great place close to mostly everything in Miami. 15 minutes walk to Miami Design District and 13 to 16 Dollars uber to mostly everything touristic in Miami like Wynwood, Little Havana, Brickell and Miami beach. Mary and Agustin are great and friendly
