Jens apartment was perfect for what we needed, it was clean and well taken care of. The view an access to the beach was awesome. It was very clean and velet with no parking fee a major plus. The apartment had everything u needed to cooking food and beach chairs and unbrella, beach toys if u have little ones. The beach was clean and water was clear. We mainly enjoyed the beach and did some site seeking out if Miami. If your looking to adventure in south beach or anywhere in Miami there is no parking at all you best bet is to a taxi or uber. Plan on spending a lot of money at restaurants. We loved the apartment and the beach but that was mainly it for Miami. Its a huge tourist spot so if u plan to just stay in Miami save your money on a car rental. If you want to adventure out like we did then rent a vehicle. I would definately rent from Jen again it was a perfect apartment for us and the price and convince was exactly what we was looking for. Thanks again Jen it was a perfect hidden

Our stay was very good and exceeded our expectations. The room was very good, with a great bathroom. The location is excellent, right at the beginning of South Beach, a very quiet area, with great restaurants and easy to get around (bus, bike, car). The building has two floors and no elevator, which was not a problem for us, but those who have mobility difficulties should be aware of this. The shower is good, but it is low, which can be bad for people who are 1.85m or taller. Breakfast is satisfactory, by American standards it is excellent. Understand that it is a good hotel, I recommend it and I would certainly stay there other times, but it is not a luxury hotel (4, 5 stars). If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the hotel.

We loved our stay in this studio. It met our expectations and the host was very friendly. Will be glad to live there again next year.

It's a nice way to access the Fontenbleau amenities. Very nice and well done. And reasonably priced.

Amazing view. It feel just like home, big balcony perfect if you have kids! My baby loved running around looking at the cars.

This was our 3rd stay in the last year at this particular hotel. We really enjoy it there. It's always clean and has much to do in walking distance. I will say that this unit has been my favorite so far. I really enjoy having a view of the ocean and city. The ocean is a bit far away but still it's a great view. The bed was very comfortable. Large amount of space. Most of the products in the bathroom smelled like something men use which my husband didn't mind. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware needed for smaller meals. I would bring your own seasonings. I never found salt and pepper in the unit. Overall, really good stay and will be back to this unit.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairwind. It is very close to the beach being only a few blocks away and it is close to many restaurants and to Ocean drive. The room was decent and we were able to rest well. Please keep in mind a resort fee is charged of $30 per night. Overall we would return due to the location and also the front desk is open 24 hours and they also can store your luggage on your last day before you head to the airport.

This was the most beautiful hotel in terms of outdoor vibe, design, unique, artistic, and special with visually stunning architecture.

All that is missing is exit to the sea and would be redondito x all sides

We love the Fontainebleau and decided to try an Airbnb on the property for this trip—I’m so glad we did! The unit was fantastic—comfortable, spacious, and came with all of the incredible hotel amenities and some, just as we’d expect from the Fontainebleau. The complimentary spa passes were a delightful surprise; my partner enjoyed the Lapis Spa thoroughly while I attended convention sessions. The view overlooking the resort, pool, and ocean was absolutely stunning, and the balcony was even larger than we expected, providing a perfect spot to play. Attending a convention can be hectic for me, so I enjoyed staying in the Sorrento Tower which offered a peaceful retreat away from the chaos of the convention. As a couple, we had ample space to spread out and feel at home. Our hosts, Tal and her husband, were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We’ll definitely consider booking this unit again.

Everything was amazing, the host is very attentive and responsive to any questions you have, we also forgot our baby’s blanket and couldn’t pick it up after 3 days of our check out date, she saved it for us and we were able to go pick it up so she deserves the 5 star all day every day🎉🎊

Beautiful place

Great place for couples or friends trip. I don’t realize it’s located in the LGBTQ community but it brought a lot of diversity and fun. I highly recommend dining at the bar next to the building or waking up early to watch the sunrise. Walking distance to everything! The pool/bar was a public social hangout vs a place to swim and relax. Spacious kitchen and balcony. Only thing negative I can say, the hotel manages the building and sent in someone while we were out, to collect and put in new towels without giving us any notice. The clean towels were placed in my open luggage, very odd! I can’t say anything negative about the host or place, unbeatable price for the location!

Sandrine‘s apartment was easy to find and very clean. The Check-in was easy and everything like the pictures. The gym and pool area is absolutely amazing. I definetely recommend this cozy residence apartment!

We had a little mixup with us leaving our luggage before our checking time but it was resolved quickly. Most restaurants that we wanted to visit were an Uber ride. There were some hotel restaurants local. We did Uber eats one night and it worked perfectly. Other than Miami be unseasonably cold it was a great stay. Our Airbnb was warm.
