Holiday rentals with lake access in Miami River

Jessy place is amazing! The outside area was out of this world. I loved that the pool was 6ft deep! I have no complaints. The only thing that "annoyed" me a little was the back door alarm. You'll have to remember to shut it off before you walk out or it will go off. (There are sign up to help you remember, but still). Id stay here again without a doubt though. You really can just relax all day in the backyard.

We stayed at Rocio’s place to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience. Her home was absolutely stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Rocio was super accommodating and very responsive from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. One of the highlights for our family was having a TV in every room, which made relaxing easy for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with all the essentials we needed, making it feel just like home. Traveling with babies can be tricky, but Rocio went above and beyond to provide everything we needed to make their stay more comfortable, which we deeply appreciated. If you're looking for a great place to stay in the Hallandale or Aventura area, don’t hesitate to book Rocio’s home. It’s absolutely worth it!

Rafael was very responsive and accommodating as we had packages delivered ahead of time which he kindly took inside ahead of our arrival. The location can't be beat. One min walk to the beach!

We had a fantastic week! The team was very responsive to our questions and small issues that popped up. The theater room was an incredible place to watch the basketball tournament. Highly recommend this place for large groups. Plenty of room and still areas for gathering. Thank you!

Olena was a wonderful host — super friendly and responsive! The room was beautiful and clean, and the pool area was such a nice touch. We especially loved the spacious and cozy backyard — perfect for relaxing. The space was more than enough for our group of 8. Even the daybed in the study was more spacious than expected, and the sofa had adjustable backrests, which made it incredibly comfortable — even for sleeping! Everything was tidy and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this place! We stay at these condos every year and Effrain’s place was our favorite. Very clean, nice view, easily accessible to the beach. Very great host, communicated quickly. Will be back for sure. Thank you!

The hosts were more than hospitable. They were very warm and friendly. They were very happy and cheerful people who were such a charm to interact and communicate with that I almost did not want to leave and go home. The place was spotless and the pictures did no justice as to how comfortable and inviting our experience turned out to be. Next time I go to Florida I will do everything I can in order to return back to their place that is how much we loved it! Thank you guys for making everything worth while during our stay, hopefully we get to stay again sometime soon? We just loved it so much as it was the perfect little hideaway!

We had a great stay. Everything mentioned online was provided and we had no issues at all. We will repeat the booking should we visit Miami again.

I stayed here with my friend and we had a great time. Beach and access was fantastic. Pool was very inviting. Kids had a lot of fun. Walmart and Publix is about a 15 min walk. There are some nice restaurants across the street. Natalia and Pablo were every responsive and helpful with answering our many questions. The rooms were spacious and the view allowed us to see the city street and beach from a distance which was unusual. Overall we enjoyed our trip!

Our stay at Miriam's place was great. The unit was exactly as described and she was helpful during the entire process. Great view, easy access and was clean. We will certainly be coming back for another stay the next time we venture to Florida.

Our stay at Karina's place was great. The space was perfect for 6 girls visiting Miami for the weekend. We loved that the property had plenty of amenities and things to do and the location was super convenient for the beach and for all of our activities. It was a great spot and space for a group trip & would definitely visit again.

The view is as good, if not better than the listing. We loved the large balcony, and having beautiful views of the Ocean. The description of the property is spot on, and we had no issues with use of all amenities - beach accommodations felt luxurious. I attended a conference for part of our stay and found the valet service to be very efficient and timely. We really enjoyed the Broadwalk - short drive away, and loved eating at Ocean Alley. Don’t be dissuaded by negative reviews of Terrazas either - the food is wonderful. At check-in, we actually met our host in the lobby (very friendly), and she arranged for us to check-in early and even gave us a very sweet gift (wine and chocolates) for our anniversary. If you plan to stay in the Hollywood/Hallandale Beach area, this is your place!

The apartment was very nice and Lorena was very responsive with all our questions. The view from the balcony was great!
