Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Miami River

Our stay was amazing! The location right on the beach which the best part. The bed was comfy but low to the ground and I’m not used the wood base at the bottom. I did hit my leg on a couple times, but once you are used to it then you’re more aware 😂. The balcony is a beautiful view of the ocean without being in direct line of sun which was great. The only part that was tricky was getting to the location and the small entrance to park for the valet. Lots of things to do and see and the restaurants are abundant and delicious. Host was super responsive checking in on us. I only regret not making it a longer stay!!

Excellent stay at The Grand. The unit we had was clean, quiet, great parking and best night time view of downtown Miami. Jon and Dalia were good communicators. I initially had a parking issue but immediately fixed by Dalia. Will definitely go back again and use this condo. Never had the chance to use the big pool and gym due to time constraints. Loved the restaurants on the main lobby plus The Grand is near to a lot of downtown museums and theaters. Thanks Jon!

Juan's place was good! The apartment is in a really safe and convenient area. The beds are a little stiff but there are great restaurants less than 3 blocks away, that make up for it. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay and everything that was listed was what we experienced. Great hotel staff, the pools were great and it the room was super comfortable, did not feel like a hotel once you were there. Would stay again for sure

Love love loveeeeed this unit , not only was the view beautiful but felt so homey! Loved the decorations the kitchen was fully stocked and there was also a welcome platter which was super thoughtful . They also have great communication not only on the app but via phone as well if you have extra questions ! This is my second time staying with this company do not hesitate to book . Thanks again

This place was perfect. Only complaint and it’s not the host fault is that the entrance to the hotel can be missed very easily. Had to bust a few too many u-turns lol

Carmina and Raquel’s apartment was just like their listing. It was in an absolutely perfect location. Brickell is a beautiful area with every restaurant and store you could need. The apartment was relatively basic, spacious, very clean and filled with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. , had comfy beds/linens and a great sofa. The balcony was a beautiful spot to sit for morning coffee, looking out onto the bay. The building itself was quite bustling but that did not bother us. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our experience was spectacular. The location is unbeatable: right in the midpoint between north and south, at the perfect distance to enjoy the tranquility and at the same time move with ease to any area of the city. The apartment is mega equipped: from the kitchen with everything you need to the chairs and umbrellas ready to take to the beach with no worries. In addition, the building offers free sun loungers and parking. The staff was always very cordial and well prepared. Sebas, he earned a 10/10 as a host: always friendly, very clear with the instructions and responded instantly every time we had a question. Without hesitation, I recommend his depto and I would stay again!

My group and I had a great time staying here! The place was clean, matched the photos, and had a beautiful view. The beach was close by, and Horst checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay! <3

The place was great and in a fantastic location. The only thing I found a bit complicated was the parking process. You have to go upstairs to get the fob key, then go back down to bring the car into the parking garage, and finally return upstairs to the room—it can be a bit tedious. However, if you’re traveling without a vehicle, this won’t be an issue and the stay is perfect.
