Well, what can I say that will do this place justice? An absolutely incredible stay! The place was absolutely beautiful, and the gardens just incredible. But aside from that Paul gave us wonderful recommendations, had a drink with us and is an all around great guy! He was always there if we had any questions. Jorge and Angy were both so sweet and ready to help with anything we needed. Oh and the breakfast was just so fresh and delicious. We will be back!

Javier es un excelente anfitrión. La comunicación fué siempre muy clara. Desde la llegada, tanto él como su esposa fueron muy amables y en todo momento nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos con el airbnb que habíamos rentado. Definitivamente volveremos a alojarnos aquí con Javier. Lugar y anfitrión 100% recomendado.

I made an expensive mistake in my booking, and Carlos allowed me to cancel it. He would have been well within his rights not to. He is a very gracious man. He has a lovely property and I'm glad I stayed in his smaller unit. Thanks, Carlos!

Todo muy bien, nos recibió muy hospitalariamente y estuvo al pendiente por si nos hacía falta algo, fue un excelente anfitrión. La casa totalmente limpia y hay una tienda dentro del fraccionamiento lo que nos gustó para no tener que salir más lejos a comprar cosas que necesitabamos.

Un lugar bastante acogedor, ideal si vas en familia o con amigos. El lugar está bien ubicado, hay taxis y transporte público muy seguido. Cerquita del embarcadero a janitzio. Puedes hacer fogata. Lo negativo es que en la noche la puerta principal la cierran ya muy tarde y te causa poquita inseguridad.

Un rincón en Pátzcuaro con una vista espectacular!!! Precioso departamento decorado Pátzcuaro 100% con sus bellas cortinas y colchas típicas del lugar. Un balcón donde tomábamos el café en la mañana rodeados de bella vegetación y el sonido de los pájaros ❤️🙏Al llegar en la mesita del Comedor nos esperaban deliciosas galletas, pan tostado, mermeladas, tés y en el refri aguas y refrescos lo cual fue un detalle muy lindo que hizo a mis hijos felices! Su ubicación es estratégica ya que está en un lugar donde puedes evitar el clásico tráfico de fin de Semana de Pátzcuaro y llegar fácilmente al centro por calles traseras. A un par de cuadras están deliciosas fondas con platillos regionales y tiendas de abarrotes. Es una zona muy tranquila y estás dentro de un Hotel donde compartes in estación cerrado lo cual nos dio mucha seguridad. Los jardines del lugar son bellísimos. Las camas muy cómodas y las sabanas y toallas de primera calidad. Definitivamente regresaremos!! 101% recomendable❤️

Pasamos una estancia muy agradable. Fue muy práctico y cómodo para conocer los alrededores de la región, además las camas están super cómodas, las cobijas deliciosas. Dani y su familia muy atentos a lo que necesitamos. Muy recomendado!

Lisa fue una excelente anfitriona, contestando todas nuestras dudas en breve. Respecto al alojamiento, fue fácil de llegar y seguir las instrucciones marcadas para el check in, el lugar encantador y lleno de naturaleza, sin lugar a dudas, será un alojamiento que recomendaría y si tengo la oportunidad, volvería a regresar. Ampliamente recomendado.

Really enjoyed the tranquil vibe, and the enclosed patio and kitchenette with fridge and mini-oven, which is always clean and inviting. Celia and her family were very kind. The space is compact but functional and had all I needed. The top (pastel-blue) blanket was not perfectly clean, but it did not affect my stay, as I didn’t use it and was provided other blankets. I will be glad if I have the opportunity to return in the future and would certainly book again.

Bob provided a folder with useful information. The 2 Casitas are set in beautiful gardens which provide a great escape from the hustle and bustle of town yet are very conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the main square and a stones throw from The Lake Chapala Society. The casitas are well equipped, with seating areas both inside and outside. There were plenty of hooks as well as a closet with hangers! This may seem basic, however our previous accommodation looked great on paper yet did not have a closet or so much as one hook to hang a thing. or indoor seating apart from on the bed. Bob, however had thought of everything to make us comfortable and our stay convenient and memorable. Extra pillows, towels, blankets etc were all to hand if needed. Rustic, charming, yet very very comfortable. We would have no hesitation staying here again.

Daniel e Iliana excelentes anfitriones. Muy atentos, el loft impecable, el lugar sumamente bonito y tranquilo. Están pendientes de cualquier cosa que puedas requerir. Nuestra estancia fie increíble y con gusto volveríamos y lo recomendaríamos ampliamente.

Nos gustó mucho la cabaña porque estaba alejada de todo y se veía el lago. Y te sentías como que estabas desconectado de la ciudad. Muy bonito todo la verdad. Lo único fue que no había aire acondicionado y mucho mosquito en la noche pero mantuvimos cerrado y no pudieron entrar a la cabaña. Pero la señora nos trajo un ventilador y súper bien ya pudimos dormir muy bien. 100% recomendado

It is a beautiful place and wonderfully comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed an extended stay at Casa Ozomatli. The casita was charming, private and comfortable. The kitchen, though small, was well equipped and very functional. Lovely linens and towels, with weekly cleaning. Andrea has a staff who help maintain the property. Special note to Consuelo who kept the casita sparkling during our entire stay . The pool is beautiful and was especially appreciated ! It is currently waiting for some maintenance/repair of the skimmer system. There are 2 resident cats who move freely about the property, however, they are not permitted in the casita and are brought into the main house in the evening. The location is particularly good for anyone not wanting a car . Several buses pass by the property daily. Casa Ozomatli is in an older Mexican neighbourhood. The people are lovely, friendly and welcoming! We now feel that we have yet another ‘ home away from home ‘ and new friends thanks to Andrea’s warm, friendly, hospitality .
