In addition to being centrally located in ajijic you can walk to many places,it is almost in front of the walmart store where you can buy what you need , next to Plaza Laguna ,with cinemas ,restaurants,cafes ,casino ,shops

You’ll have use of our palapa and heated pool, and we have great restaurants nearby. Villa Nova is a lovely neighborhood west of the village. Our friendly dogs, Chaquita and Rosie, will want a hello, but you can close the gated garden area for privacy. You will have a refrigerator, hot plate, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, and grill. No children under 12, please, because of the pool. The suite is perfect for 1 to 4 people, not any more than 4.
