he made sure everything was up to what we paid for and that we were all happy.He answered all calls and text if anything happened and fixed things right away with no questions asked.Everything was clean and well taken care of the pool was a nice plus to have in the heat it was very clean.He was friendly with us like he knew us and treated us like a friend. I would 100% come back. awesome host.

This was our second time staying at one of Thomas' properties, and we had another great stay. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained, and has everything you need for an easy and enjoyable stay. Thomas was very accommodating with check-in time and our last-minute request for a pack n' play -- a fantastic host! We found the neighborhood very friendly, and enjoyed the proximity to the Lafitte Greenway (access is just a block away -- we didn't even realize this when we rented the place!) and local businesses like Flour Moon and the Broadside. Highly recommend!

Sara & Mark are New Orleans to the core. They keep a lovingly decorated and beautiful historic house, they love their city and they want you to enjoy yourself. So kind, so accommodating, so thoughtful. They're a class act all the way. The house is but a few steps away from one of the most beautiful parks in the country, and well-situated for exploring the most fascinating city in the country. Do yourself a favor and bring (or rent) a bicycle, and pedal all over the area.

Great location! Love the neighborhood and how close it was to city park. Great restaurants nearby too. Great host!! Allowed us to drop our bags off before check-in. Loved hanging out on the patio in the evening as well. Private and pretty.

Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

Sam’s place was beautiful. We loved the art, decor, and design. It was spacious and tooled with everything you might need for your stay. The host was always responsive, accommodating, and polite. I really appreciated this space to host a group a friends celebrating my future wedding! Great trip. Highly recommend.

I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to the area; everything was a 10/10. He provided snacks, makeup remover wipes, toothbrushes, mouthwash, and pods for washing clothes. He was very responsive, and the place was spotless, making it feel just like home.He even recommended places to go in the area.

The duplex was very nice. It was decorated with local art and furnishings that really went well with the New Orleans vibe. The kitchen was really well stocked with all cooking and eating tools you would ever need and there were even some beverages, spices, and milk (oat milk and regular!!). We really appreciated that toiletries were all included as well as plenty of towels, toilet paper, soaps, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The bed and furniture were comfy. Olandra was very good with communication, recommendations, etc. We really enjoyed the stay.

This place was amazing. The perfect spot for a couple trying to get away. Ferry is close by and allowed transport back-and-forth from downtown pretty convenient. If we had a question, it was answered quickly. Love the place. Definitely would stay here again hands-down. Cozy. Comfortable. 🩷

This was a terrific place to stay. Walkable to Frenchmen Street but far enough that it was quiet at night. Dana was a good communicator and quickly supplied soap that had run out. Overall, I highly recommend.

Beautiful space, pre book an uber for an early morning flight but other than that easy to get anywhere! Quiet at night

Extremely satisfied and happy with the property. I have stayed at some AirBnB's where the place looks like the pictures, but they definitely took the pictures from the best angles. Eric's place was actually better than the pictures! Very spacious, well decorated and so comfortable. I've stayed at a couple of shotgun homes in NOLA and they feel cramped. This house looks like a shotgun (with 2 sides), but it has been remodeled into one home so a lot of space, wonderful kitchen and a great deck. Very convenient to a number of places in NOLA. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for the great hospitality Eric!

Angie was the most accommodating and exceptional hosts I have never interacted with through Airbnb. She was extremely responsive, helpful and supportive as we explored New Orleans. Hands down, the best vacation rental in New Orleans! Very spacious and all the accommodations you'll ever need. New appliances, along with all the streaming channels to watch your favorite shows. Quiet neighborhood and just two blocks away from the trolley station to tour the city. The owner, Sycamore, was quick to respond to all of my questions and address any of my needs. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is planning to visit New Orleans. I hope to stay here again the next time I'm in town.

We had an absolute fabulous time. The house was wonderful. It was a little further away from the French Quarter in Bourbon Street. But we did taxi service back-and-forth during our stay which was about $15 a trip. The only suggestion I would make is I would put fans in the bedrooms for some reason the second night we were there we were having a little bit of trouble with the AC it would’ve been nice if we were able to have a fan in the bedrooms because the AC kept kicking back over to Eco But other than that the house is wonderful. I highly recommended.

Corbett's house was everything that we hoped for and more! The location was our favorite part! Being steps away from City Park was a huge bonus. We enjoyed breakfast either on the front porch or going over to Cafe Du Monde before strolling the many offerings the park has. We took advantage of the Nola Blue Bikes (which are parked outside of Du Monde in City Park) which got us right into the heart of French Quarters in a matter of 15 minutes, right down the greenway. And the Airbnb itself - it truly felt like we were staying at a boutique hotel. Not only does Corbett have all of the amenities we needed and more, the place was spotless! The pictures don't do justice to how nice and upscale this place truly is. We would definitely book again if we ever come back to Nola. Couldn't recommend Corbett's place enough.

Brooke was very friendly and flexible. We had the chance to chat with her in person a few times during our stay and she was great. The home had everything we needed and was completely private from her home. There were constant lizard and butterflies outside on the porch which was lovely to relax in.

Wonderful comfortable place. The kitchen was super to cook in. The porch is great and there is a fabulous grocery store and several great restaurants and bars nearby. There is a party place (private club?) next door so may want earplugs if that would bother you. Didn’t bother us at all. You can take streetcars and buses from area. Beautiful City Park close by for exploration

We enjoyed our stay a very convenient location to where you can get to everything it was very clean, smelled good, and beautiful just like the photos would definitely recommend and would stay here again

My husband & I spent two weeks at Jessica's charming apartment, & really enjoyed our time there. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, quiet space in a safe & convenient location this place doesn't disappoint. We really appreciated the walkability with close proximity to beautiful City Park, the Greenway, bus & streetcar lines, plus a small shopping plaza across the street & Rouses Grocery store minutes away. Jessica is great- friendly & helpful, & she responds right away. We hope that the apartment is available on our next visit to the New Orleans.

This place was perfect for us. walk to restaurants, City Park with the NO art museum and sculpture garden, groceries and drugstore... Two things I don't often find in airbnbs, reading lights over the bed and a box of kleenex. 6 stars out of 5.
