In 2018 kochten we ons droomhuis. Tijdens de volledige renovatie hebben we besloten om de aanbouw in te richten als gastenverblijf. We zijn trots op het resultaat en willen het graag met jullie delen! Het appartement is luxe en knus ingericht met zoveel mogelijk originele materialen uit het oude huis. Het moderne nieuwe appartement is geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en 1 kind. Beneden woonkamer met open keuken en toilet. Boven 1 ruime slaapkamer met inloopdouche, toilet en een slaapzoldertje op de 2e verdieping. Op 50m loopafstand van supermarkt, bakker, restaurants en fietsenverhuur. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Terras met veel privacy.

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Adjacent to a bird nature reserve of 75 hectares. Arrival and departure day, preferably, on Mondays and Fridays.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

De Zevenklapper ligt op 5 minuten wandelen van het strand en boulevard en op 5 minuten fietsen van het centrum. Je vindt hier een Ibiza style gastensuite voor 2 personen. Gerealiseerd in juni 2022. Nadat je 's ochtends ontwaakt in de boxspring bak je je croissants af in je eigen keuken. Drink een kop koffie op je eigen terras in de ochtendzon. Spring onder de regendouche en ontdek wat Zeeland te bieden heeft. Het leven is zo mooi.
