Nearby are many activities for young and old: Boomkroonpad, several museums, old village centers such as Orvelte, beautiful hiking and cycling routes and not to mention cozy restaurants.

Mobile home in a quiet place at Recreatiepark De Tien Heugten. The surrounding is extremely suitable for making trips. At the park are a restaurant, snack bar, swimming pool, recreation room (April/ September) and various playgrounds. There is also a recreation team (May and summer holidays) during the holiday periods. Peace, space and nature are characteristic of the park and its surroundings. The beds are made upon arrival and the tourist tax is a €5,- per person per day

Cottage on the Heath

Cottage on the Hei is located behind our farm on more than a hectare of land, in a protected nature reserve just outside Dwingeloo in Drenthe. A special place, because you literally walk up the heath from our yard. No traffic, no neighbors, no hustle and bustle. The adventure starts on arrival, because in order to reach our cottage you need to drive a little bit over a dirt road. This road is not accessible to traffic. You can't get it much quieter in the Netherlands!

If desired, you can place an easily installed fence ( service from the reception) for the safety of child or dog. The cottage has a nice holiday atmosphere. As a child, we have been to Drenthe many times. It's a beautiful province. The peace, the beautiful surroundings. We'd like to share it with you.

Holiday farm "An 't Noordende"

News: “An 't Noordende” is currently busy building a private swimming pool that our guests can also use during the high season. The 12x4 swimming pool is wonderfully heated and will be available from May 2026! On the edge of the Dwingelderveld is our renovated thatched farm "An 't Noordende", overlooking the Es grounds on the beautiful village of Dwingeloo. Our farm can accommodate up to 10 people. It is very suitable for families with kids. Hottub optional.

Wat ons betreft een prachtige plek om even bij te tanken, van alle gemakken voorzien. Een huis op een prachtige locatie waar je kunt genieten van de rust en vaak ook van een prachtige sterrenhemel. En dat dan bij een open haard. Het huis staat op een klein, knus, maar ruim opgezet vakantiepark. Er is een overdekt zwembad.

Privacy: Het verblijf voor de gasten is compleet afgescheiden van het woongedeelte van de verhuurders. De tuin is ook afgescheiden. Het verblijf heeft een eigen ingang en eigen parkeergelegenheid. Het zwembad wordt wel door de bewoners gebruikt.
