Farm lodges in monumental farm house, Drenthe

Located in the authentic Lhee opposite the National Park Dwingelderveld. There are three lodges ( holiday homes) All three can accommodate up to 4 people, with plenty of privacy and equipped with every possible luxury. All lodges have a living/dining room with kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a private terrace. The luxurious bathrooms have a rain shower and/or bath or IR sauna. For a third or fourth guest in the lodge there is a bedstead. Heritage accommodation with the atmosphere of the past and the comfort of today.

Real peace and space in these turbulent times!

Fully independent living space in the detached barn of our Saxon farmhouse from 1850, with the sleeping area as a very nice open space and a very wide view. Far from any noise and close to beautiful nature reserves, including het Runer Wold, het Dwingelderveld, het Drents-Friese Wold, De Weerribben. Optionally we have a child's bed and if you have difficulty walking, you can sleep well in the downstairs room, close to the bathroom and the toilet. Wheelchair accessible and free use of bicycles.

Cottage on the Heath

Cottage on the Hei is located behind our farm on more than a hectare of land, in a protected nature reserve just outside Dwingeloo in Drenthe. A special place, because you literally walk up the heath from our yard. No traffic, no neighbors, no hustle and bustle. The adventure starts on arrival, because in order to reach our cottage you need to drive a little bit over a dirt road. This road is not accessible to traffic. You can't get it much quieter in the Netherlands!

Sleeping in a national monument... a special experience. A beautiful suite in a former coach house, on the Drentse Hoofdvaart, 1 km from the center of Smilde. UNESCO World Heritage Veenhuizen and Frederiksoord 10 km away. Cycling? Hiking? You will stay centrally between the Drent Friese, the Fochtelooerveen, the Dwingelderveld and the Hijkerveld. A cloudy day? Assen is 10 km away, and Groningen 35 km. Visit the TT circuit? It is only a 5 km drive......

Cozy, beautifully located, comfortable vacation cottage!

The guesthouse is located in the rear part of the detached garage and overlooks our beautiful garden, swimming pool and horse meadow. In the cozy room is a gentle sauna. Furthermore, you have access to a kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge) and shower toilet. The back door leads to the poolside terrace. Just outside Dwingeloo, rural location and walking distance to the Dwingelderveld. Bed linen and all necessary towels etc. are provided!

Comfortably enjoy nature

Located between the Gees forestry and the Mantingerveld, with unobstructed views over farmlands. Our farm was built completely new in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit comfortably. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.
