Beautifully located in a rural place with spacious terrace and garden. The nature reserve 't Roegwold and the Fraeylemaborg are within walking distance. Supermarket 1.5 km. Schildmeer is 7 km away. The city of Groningen is easily accessible.

In de omgeving van zuidlaren 8,1 km, om heerlijk tot rust te komen. Assen 18 km, Groningen 22 km (waar je heerlijk kan winkelen). Met gebruik van roei/motorboot en een kajak. Ook kan er gebruik worden gemaakt van een BBQ. En Tegen vergoeding zijn er ook E-bikes ter beschikking, met mooie fiets routes. Met leuke attractieparken in de buurt

Midden tussen de landerijen, fazanten, eenden, gelegen aan een natuurvijver staat onze caravan voor 2 personen op u te wachten. Geniet van de rust en mooie zonsondergang en maak gerust gebruik van onze BBQ of vuurhaard. Beschikt over 4 pits gasfornuis met oven en grill. NB. Er is een nieuw toilet gebouw met douche aanwezig. De afmetingen van de 2 eenpersoonsbedden: 0.70 cmx1.84m maar kunnen desgewenst omgebouwd worden naar een tweepersoonsbed van 1.40 x 2.00 m. Zie ook 2e advertentie.

Het appartement is erg ruim opgezet en is volledig privé.

Hier word je wakker met het zachte geluid van de natuur en begin je de dag in alle ontspanning, terwijl de paarden rustig over het erf bewegen. De combinatie van het karakter van de kapschuur en het comfort van nu zorgt voor een unieke en warme sfeer.

Relax among the sheep and cows. You have a view of the Groningen meadows and the Rijpema nature reserve. A few kilometers away is the Roegwold nature reserve, where you can take many beautiful cycling and hiking tours. In the chalet, you will find a map of the area and a number of route suggestions and attractions.
