A nice apartment unit located above the host's house, I believe. A tad difficult to find at first - perhaps more detailed description could be helpful - but we arrived in the dark, so that might have made it harder. Everything you need for a nice stay. Across the street from the lake (not quite a lake view, but close!). Overall pleasant stay!

I was visiting Boston to help a friend through a difficult time and from booking through check-out, Kathleen helped to make my stay stress-free and comfortable. She was super helpful in suggesting the free buses from the airport and once I arrived at the Airbnb, everything was perfectly appointed and I had everything I needed. The only challenge [unrelated to Kathleen!] during my stay was finding parking, as the area on the weekend was exceedingly busy. So if you plan to stay in the area, I would suggest using ride share apps or Spot Hero to reserve a parking spot nearby. Would 100% recommend this property to future Airbnb'ers, especially for a solo traveler or couple.

We had a fantastic stay in Boston! The Airbnb was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Our host was friendly, and responsive. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect. We were visiting family who live nearby, and it was the perfect home base. Elissa was very helpful and responded immediately when we had an issue with WiFi. I highly recommend, especially if you need a comfortable and convenient place to stay in South Boston.

Fully in line with expectations. 10mn walk from red line and only 4 stations from Park street station and connexion to green line.

Nice apartment near the Airport station. Very clean and well-stocked. Great kitchen and bathroom. Some noise from the above neighbors and loud vehicles in the driveway and on the street.

If you want to stay in a quiet and peaceful location without any neighbors and plenty of outdoor space, this is the place to stay. You can sit by the lake and watch all of the wildlife, go fishing, go for a hike and not be stuck in a hotel. We will definately come back to this location in the future as long as we have family nearby. Thank you to the Martins for being awesome hosts.

Great property! Everything looks just as advertised and was extremely clean and welcoming. The location was also great - 5 min walk to the train station and very easy to get around. Fully exceeded all of our expectations!

The house was great for our family getting together for Thanksgiving. We had 11 people stay in the house and the owners helped us rent an extra table and chairs. We loved having 3 levels so that the kids could play ping pong and have their own space at the top, and the adults could have some quiet on the main floor. Also, there is a school nearby that has a field and playground that was open as school was out of session. The hosts are incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful.

Great location, great owner, and wonderful stay. We loved walking all around the neighborhood. The screened in porch was lovely. Wonderful backyard. Very nice sheets and towels. Excellent wi-fi and TV. We couldn't have been happier here.

My family and I had a terrific time staying at this home! Holly was incredibly helpful and responsive to any requests/questions and made sure we felt right at home. The area is walkable and close to a nearby subway station for easy travel. If traveling by car, make sure to decide the parking situation before arriving. I would certainly recommend this home for its hospitality, appeal, and comfort!

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

This house on a large pond is a great find! Water views are stellar all day. The driveway has a steep angle but is not a challenge. As with many houses, it has its unique quirks, but the positives are very high. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking or just heat & serve. The furniture is comfortable and functional. We travel for freshwater fishing. With the rowboat, my husband caught & released over 20 fish - all large and small mouth bass. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

I traveled with two toddlers 3 and under. The amount of space was perfect for our young family. My pro tip to future guests is to move anything delicate, block the loft ladder with the spare chair, get your eyes literally on the ground to check for anything that may peak the interest of a toddler. I enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart, toddler amenities, & stocked detergents for lots of laundry. Host was Immediately responsive when we ran into a hiccup during check in. We got to enjoy the village with just ourselves during the weekdays. Rooms had plenty of storafe for our weeks worth of clothes. I am so thrilled we stayed here and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated condo in South Boston. The space was stylish, modern and incredibly comfortable with a great vibe that made us feel right at home. There were two decks with great views. The neighborhood was fantastic – safe, walkable, and full of great local spots. We enjoyed strolling to one of the many nearby coffee shops (at least four with an easy reach! ) and had some amazing meals at local restaurants. The location was also convenient for exploring the city with a T subway stop just three blocks away . Street parking was easy to find likely because it was Memorial Day weekend. That made things even more convenient for us. Shannon our host, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay which we really appreciate it. All in all we had a fabulous visit and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was such a charming place in a wonderful location. Griffin and Carolyn were responsive and took really good care of us. They are great hosts who we highly recommend and would book with again!

Stayed at Andrew's place in Boston for 3 nights to attend a Sox game and a couple nights of concerts. No parking at the house but Andrew was perfect in describing where I can park a short 2 blocks away. It's about 2-3 miles from anything you'd want to do in the city....Fenway Park, the Aquarium and waterfront etc....easy 10 minute drive (city traffic). The place had everything you'd need, was clean as a whistle and Andrew was super quick to respond with anything I asked, whether it was about parking, nearby places to eat, etc....he really was right on top of everything. I don't really go to Boston for much but if I find myself there again I'll definitely be looking at Andrew's place as my first choice!

Great location with good nearby access to Transit into Boston. Perfect a a few days stop.

Worked out well for our family of 5 (adult children). Extremely convenient to T stop and easy to get to city. Elnedis was responsive and helpful.

Great stay for our 3 night trip! Andrey & Hilary were quick to respond and very helpful, even allowed us to check in early to get to a conference. Be aware that the stairs are no small feat (4 flights total), everyone in my group was fine but the building is old and stairs are steep/uneven. Awesome location and only few blocks from the Broadway T station!

Great spot for attending a convention - 20 minute walk. Neighborhood has groceries, banks, restaurants and a drug store. Host was very responsive and the place was super clean with everything we needed.
