Holiday rentals with lake access in Middlesex County

The house was nicely located facing a lovely park and lake. The location was excellent and fit our needs perfectly. We hope to return!

If you want to stay in a quiet and peaceful location without any neighbors and plenty of outdoor space, this is the place to stay. You can sit by the lake and watch all of the wildlife, go fishing, go for a hike and not be stuck in a hotel. We will definately come back to this location in the future as long as we have family nearby. Thank you to the Martins for being awesome hosts.

Great location, great owner, and wonderful stay. We loved walking all around the neighborhood. The screened in porch was lovely. Wonderful backyard. Very nice sheets and towels. Excellent wi-fi and TV. We couldn't have been happier here.

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

This house on a large pond is a great find! Water views are stellar all day. The driveway has a steep angle but is not a challenge. As with many houses, it has its unique quirks, but the positives are very high. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking or just heat & serve. The furniture is comfortable and functional. We travel for freshwater fishing. With the rowboat, my husband caught & released over 20 fish - all large and small mouth bass. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

I traveled with two toddlers 3 and under. The amount of space was perfect for our young family. My pro tip to future guests is to move anything delicate, block the loft ladder with the spare chair, get your eyes literally on the ground to check for anything that may peak the interest of a toddler. I enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart, toddler amenities, & stocked detergents for lots of laundry. Host was Immediately responsive when we ran into a hiccup during check in. We got to enjoy the village with just ourselves during the weekdays. Rooms had plenty of storafe for our weeks worth of clothes. I am so thrilled we stayed here and highly recommend.

Jonah and team was very responsive. Check-in, check-out was so easy, instructions were very clear and all other needs we had (extra hangers, or removal of extra beds that we didn’t need) was followed up very quickly. The area is also very lively, convenient, access to the public transport is easy. I highly recommend Jonah’s place to stay in Cambridge. I would only recommend travelers to pack lightly as if you are like me and arrive with 2 big + 2 hand luggages, the place doesn’t have enough store space in the form of drawers for clothes.

This was my second stay at Jessica's wonderful retreat space. This time, I was in town with 2 companions for my son's graduation from Clark University in Worcester. The apt. was perfect for this purpose, as it was for my first stay. This place is an oasis away, but very convenient to Worcester, restaurants, and cultural activities of downtown. For those who like outdoor recreation, there's a lake and a fabulous disc golf course nearby. If you wanted, you could just stay on site. Jessica's grounds are lovely--beautiful, well-tended gardens, places to sit and reflect in nature. The apartment is very comfortable for a good night's sleep, and it includes an inviting common space for guests to spend time together (playing one of the board games, or if one must watch TV it's there, too, but hidden from view if you don't want it as a focal point). A great place for a quiet retreat, or for families. Plus, Jessica is always gracious, helpful, goes above and beyond. You won't regret booking!

It was our first time using air b & b and it was so easy. The place was nice, easy to access and it was great to have a parking spot. The location felt safe and was quiet. Vanuza was very responsive to our questions. We would recommend for a nice place to stay in Worcester.

Thanh’s place was really nice and comfortable for the four of us. We spent most of our time in Boston and Ubers were easy to get and at a good price after 9:30am. Highly recommend!

Carrie and Craig were awesome hosts and the pictures of the Airbnb don’t do justice to how beautiful Dudley Pond is! My husband and I were in town for 2 nights for a wedding and we really enjoyed staying here! The well stocked fridge with welcome drinks and bars was an added bonus and we loved kayaking on the water (they also have a paddle board that we didn’t get a chance to use). Such a fantastic retreat and would love to visit again soon :)

The suite was well-equipped and very clean. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and having laundry facilities was a big plus. The location is very convenient — within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and a beautiful pond with walking trails. Highly recommended!

This was great stay for my family. We celebrated a daughter’s graduation from Tufts U and also had a reunion of sorts with a friend from childhood. Location is excellent - close to Boston, restaurants, a lake with lots of places to walk. Yanti is a friendly accommodating host and the apartment has many amenities and nice touches that made us feel comfortable and at home. Next time we’re coming thru we will certainly seek out this apartment again.

I really enjoyed my time here in Nancy’s welcoming and comfortable home. She’s super proactive so I was so well prepared even before I even arrived. Once there, I loved the super clean and serene space.

We stayed here during our sisters law school graduation in Boston. It was the perfect location for us as we are outdoorsy and have our dog! My husband enjoyed the pond, did some fishing and we went out on the pond in the canoe! Beautiful area, walkable for the dog. We spent several mornings walking around the neighborhood. Short drive to Boston and it was away from the city traffic. The stairs were a lot, but we are young and in shape so we had no issues with it. Just be careful at night. The cottage had a keurig and small coffee pot which was perfect for us. No TV but it’s so peaceful, we read books and enjoyed the sounds of the water and the birds. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Absolutely beautiful location. Home was very cozy. Love the kitchen! Brian is a great host. Extremely proactive, helpful and gave great recommendations. Neighborhood is quiet and those around are friendly. Definitely recommend staying at this location again. Wish I would have stayed in warmer weather to utilize the property to its full potential.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We were traveling for work in Massachusetts and typically we stay at Marriott property. I checked Airbnb to find a place that was kid friendly and this popped up. It was a new listing with no reviews yet, and it ended up exceeding our expectations. This cute little cabin is right on the water. Although it is smaller for me, pure square footage perspective it’s a two bedroom one full bath with a loft that sleeps two kids so the way it was set up felt like plenty of space for us. It has kayaks and paddle boards. There’s a beach and there’s a community pool. There’s an exercise facility. It easily slept my wife and I plus two kids in a fun loft that they got to climb in and out of, and grandma that came to help us watch the kids. The staff at the resort were very friendly and easy to work with. It felt very safe and private. The AC worked well. The beds were very comfortable. Overall this is gem and we will be staying here again for sure.

It was exactly what my family was looking for. It was relaxing and private. It allowed us to not feel cramped like a hotel stay, but allowed us to cook and enjoy the relaxing day. If you have a small kid, the golf cart is a must!

We needed a nice little place to stay while we visited family and friends. This was perfect. Cute and convenient, plus lots of fun amenities like a clubhouse, ball courts, kayaks and the lake. We went off season, so the pool was closed and it was too cold to boat, but it was still fun. We enjoyed walking the community, playing ping-pong and driving the golf cart.
