⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

Staying at Kevin’s place was such a reset from Manhattan. It was cozy, comfortable and very breathtaking. Kevin has great response time and is willing to assist you while you stay. Will definitely be back soon!

Sabrina's place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in New Haven. I felt welcomed with little extras like cocoa packets, a variety of coffees (we left our favorite brand), very simple yet tasteful decor and most of all extra comfy beds. Her place was spotless, had modern appliances and small touches here and there like the small little xmas tree lite up at the back entrance. I felt very secure and give my experience a 5/5. Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

Great spot! It’s huge. Much larger than the photos seem. It’s the entire third floor with windows All around. Great views of the sky over the housetops.

Such a beautiful place! So much to walk to and had great views of the ocean. Very clean and tidy space with everything you would need! Eileen was very responsive and super friendly. Defiantly coming back!

My family and I stayed at Jason's house for four days for my graduation, and it's no exaggeration to say that it was the best B&B stay we've ever had! The views throughout the house are just beautiful, and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows give you a perfect view of the lake from the moment you open the door to your room. The deck set up, and the lake amenities make this house a perfect vacation spot. The amenities were great! The grill, dishwasher, and washer were all there, and the hot tub, kayaks, and life jackets made it perfect for our lake activities. I also personally loved the special hand sanitizers in the house, they seemed to be a custom brand and smelled great! Overall, this is a very beautiful, modern house that you won't regret staying in!

We had a great stay while in town for a family wedding. The house had everything we needed for our family, which included two toddlers and a dog. The deck was a great feature and they even had extras for pets (like a dog bed) at the home. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend at Aude's home in Essex. The setting was beautiful and the house itself was immaculate. It is a 7 minute drive to the center of town, which was convenient. The host was very responsive and quick to fix any concerns we brought to her attention. I would definitely return to this Airbnb!

This house and host exceeded all expectations. House was historic facing the CT River & Goodspeed Opera House. Great sunsets. House is clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and bathroom facilities. Kitchen is spacious and eating areas comfortable. Andrea is extremely responsive and accommodating. Will be back again.

This was a great place. We were in town for a couple of days with our dogs (all the way from Alabama) and the neighborhood was perfect for dog walking and getting some rest. The place was pristine and and the host was excellent. We somehow got ourselves locked out one day and he got over within 10 minutes to help us get in. Will definitely stay here again!

The details are what made all the difference, from disposable eye masks and ear plugs to the milk for coffee in the refrigerator and tower of snacks. Unlike any other place we have stayed, we felt that the hosts sincerely cared about our comfort and well-being! The home was beautiful, spotless, cheery, and bright. I loved finding little surprising touches in the garden out back and throughout the home. The welcome book has great recommendations. This will be our go to place any time we return to the area! Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

just returned from annual moms weekend away...Erin's place was beautiful! well stocked, clean, looked just like the pics, great sound system. loved the extra little details like the large ice cubes already made (for me as an old fashioned snob), the adorable dry bar, and the decor in general w all the gold touches-it made it stand out from the typical! the best was walking in and smelling how fresh and clean and homey it was! would def recommend. also we had zero questions bc she was so proactive reaching out prior to checking in. check out her place! :)

Pete was very great person as a host . She treated us very well and I feel we felt like home great place to stay definitely be back.
