Walmart, Target, Midland Park Mall, HomeDepot, Staples, DollarTree, PetSmart, Saltgrass, Texas Roadhouse, Sonic, Wendys, ChickFila, Starbucks, Wingstop. Everything is right close!

Nicely appointed comfortable house with two large isolated bedrooms and very private outdoor patio. To make your stay more relaxing --king bed, queen bed, two full beds and two sofas. Also, new RO System, gas fire logs, washer/dryer/dishwasher. Free internet with streaming on 58-inch Samsung, 55-inch Samsung and 43-inch Roku. Find all the pots, pans, dishes needed in kitchen and all linens in bed/baths. Dream on Me portable baby crib. Small dog welcome with pet fee. One furry friend per booking.

Full Disclosure: The original home that I had booked on the west side of town was not clean and had some issues. I made Stacey aware with pictures and a description. She was quick to remedy the situation by putting me in this home, ASAP. Very impressed with the communication here and her timely response. This house is hands down the best I've stayed in in a while. The location is in a very nice neighborhood with sidewalks. It's quiet and private. I especially appreciated the patio, garage, king sized bed and overall space. I couldn't afford what they typically charge for this home by myself. But, if sharing, this home is well worth the cost over some of the others in the Odessa area. This is what I expect in terms of my comfort level, amenities, cleanliness, and how an Airbnb should be run. Definitely stay here if you can. They take pride in this space.

I've stayed at several of Lillian’s Airbnbs around Midland, and every time the experience has been absolutely top-tier. Lillian is consistently friendly, helpful, laid-back, and incredibly prompt with communication—which always makes check-in and the entire stay seamless. This most recent stay was no exception. The new Airbnb has been beautifully remodeled with tasteful, modern touches throughout. It’s tucked away in a quiet, private spot right in downtown Midland—close to great restaurants and amenities, but still peaceful and relaxing. Lillian’s places are always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully put together. I highly recommend staying here, whether it’s your first time or your fifth. You can’t go wrong with any of Lillian’s listings!
