Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Midrand

I had a lovely stay at Lauren's home. As other reviewers have noted, it is such a peaceful, warm place in the middle of the city, with easy uber/car access to everything that you need (I rarely waited more than 2-3 minutes for an uber). The garden area is so peaceful, the home is very well equipped, and Lauren is very responsive and helpful.

We spent several weeks at Lisa’s place and loved every moment. Lisa was super communicative and always on hand if we had a question. We liked being situated in Melville which is easily walkable and has lots of unique places to visit, especially the cafes on 7th street, 27 Boxes and morning walks up on the Koppies which are a must if staying in the area. Thanks again Lisa for being a great host, we hope to stay again!

We felt right at home during our stay - the space was warm, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed, including more than enough blankets to keep us cozy. A lovely, large and well equipped house with garden and pool within walking distance of Parkhurst restaurants and shops. A great place to stay if visiting Joburg - felt very comfortable. Hannah was very professional and friendly and we felt very at home.

A truly wonderful place to spend a few days (or longer) in the heart of Sandton. I will certainly be back.

Wonderful short stay at Ingrids place. Pristine accomodation in beautiful suburb with easy access to transport/e hailing services. Host is super friendly and attended to all my needs.

Tanya was warm and hospitable, and kindly allowed us to check in earlier even though the accommodation was still being prepared for us. Piping hot showers, comfortable beds and tea/coffee station with delicious rusks all helped make our stay great and I would definitely stay with Tanya and Niels again.

Everything was great thank you. Special note for the cozy patio that you have to yourself and the dog ❤️

Our reservation for the size of our group stay was super! The rooms were huge, private and super neat and clean. The ample bathrooms in the house eases the load and no waiting for others to finish. The entertainment and dining areas were so well planned which makes this house an ideal place for a huge family reunion, group or corporate outing or even a workshop for a small executive group. The kitchen is huge and had lovely amenities. Even the cottage was clean and neat, as our big group of 15 utilized all the facilities. We had a power failure in the house but was quickly attended to and there were daylight alternatives. Housekeeping is right up there.

Great stay at Wandas. She accommodated us quite late and made sure everything was ready. House was amazing and very close to clubhouse.

Awesome place! Super host! Great/safe area. Plenty of room to spread out. Peaceful river in the back. Everything was absolutely great during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Julie’s cottage! From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and friendly welcome. The cottage is a beautiful, airy space—perfect for unwinding and relaxing. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Riaan and Malia were so hospitable and always responsive when we reached out to them. They even greeted us when we first arrived and gave us fresh baked bread. The outdoor area is very nice and fun for children to play. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of supplies to cook/bake. The house is very safe and secure and just as shown in the pictures. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Spectacular as always and not a thing out of place

Beautiful quaint little cottage will all the necessary supplies available.

I initially booked the 4-bed studio for me and two friends attending a 2-day & evening weekend conference. For Friday & Saturday. I later added another night for me, the Thursday, and Alex upgraded me to the large Cottage for the Thursday night. On the Friday she let us know that we could all 3 stay in the cottage instead of having to move over to the studionfor Friday and Saturday. We had a lovely time, thank yoh Alex and Gideon both - and 2 Doggies for coming to say hello.

I really enjoyed my stay, Petro was a great host and has a beautiful place, Nice shopping Mall nearby. (I visited one but there are more) I dont know why another guest in reviews didnt like location because if you book you must do your homework. For myself it was just street down from where I wrote my exams and near everything that I needed. It shows on the pictures but I did'nt pay much attention, there is pain pills , salve for burns ect,ect, extra toothbrush and paste , deodorant, feminine higiene products , hairband and clips, perfume.... a basket full of stuff you can use till you get to a shop. Impressive extra touch. Thank you for my welcoming board and cooking. See you next year again.
