Nice place in a good neighborhood with an easy drive to the arenas downtown, would definitely stay again.

Everything felt right with Daniel's place. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and location is great. I'd recommend this place to others!

Michael went above and beyond. His home is absolutely beautiful and makes you feel right at home. He is the reason I am staying a custom with Airbnb. I will most definitely be back again.

David is an exceptional host. The place was clean and had everything we needed. He really made us feel as if we were renting from a family member. He opened up his home and allowed us to use whatever we needed. The backyard was great for our dog. David responded to any questions we had within 5 minutes even offering us a late checkout if we needed one. I would highly recommend staying at David’s place.

This house is absolutely perfect. It has everything you need, laundry, tons of cook ware and utensils and lots of space. It’s so charming and clean, very a typical of an Airbnb. You can tell the car and time that was put into this place. The location might be the best part. We didn’t have a car for the whole weekend and we didn’t need one as this spot is close to EVERYTHING in Royal Oak, even Ferndale isn’t far away. Will book again!

So glad I booked the Little Yellow House with Liz & Zach for my recent work trip! it was in the cutest neighborhood, very quiet (lots of cute dogs around too!). Great location on the street making it easy to find. The house was so adorable too, great sized rooms and friendly layout for my sweet, old puppy to navigate with his limited eyesight. Felt cozy, well kept, and provides great amenities. This will definitely be a recommendation to friends and added to my favorites list!

The Pearl was exactly as described in the description. The home was very nice and clean. Estee was quick at responding. We enjoyed it!

what a quiet peaceful place. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool at backyard. And Casa give me a late check out for very low price.

Home was IMMACULATE and Ferndale was a gem! Such a cute small town with so much to do! Pool was perfect and nice to have it heated. This is the safest and friendliest city neighborhood I have ever stayed in! So quiet and chill. Def hit rust belt market while there! Host was so sweet and responsive and home is well outfitted with super comfy beds and several TVs and hanging out areas.

i think the apartment is gorgeous and a fun stay. However with the apartment being the basement of a lived in house; i didn’t really feel super private and like i was interrupting those in the actual house part. i believe due to the size and placement, it should honestly cost no more than $150 a night, not $300. but the pool and hot tub are fabulous and the owner is super kind and responsive.

This was the perfect place to be close to all of the city’s attractions while also having your own nestled spot within a great neighborhood. Hana is also incredibly accommodating and responsive! We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed for our two night stay. House is spacious with lots of bedrooms and the big backyard was perfect for our dog.

Their place was absolutely clean! Felt and smelled disinfected and was spotless! Kitchen was fully stocked and very nice! The place overall was amazing! Mattresses were very comfy. Living room furniture is the only thing I didn’t like besides the outside patio furniture. But definitely a five star place. If anyone says otherwise that is very concerning. These ladies went above and beyond to provide a modern spotless place in a safe neighborhood with many accommodations! Close to many shops and restaurants! This should be anyone’s first pick if staying in Detroit. Not even the Ritz-Carlton felt and looked as clean as their place!

This place was so great! It was exactly what we needed and the neighborhood is beautiful. It was very safe and there was plenty to do within walking distance. Parking was also easy. The hosts were so helpful and responsive also. Would highly recommend!
