Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Midtown, Detroit

Perfect place for a short stay. The unit was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. AC worked great for balmy Detroit summer days. Closest bar/restaurant is about a mile walk away, a quick walk or scooter (go to McShane’s and get the wings!). Only slight quibble is - hope you don’t get a family with young kids staying in the unit upstairs cos their morning stomping comes right through the ceiling. Jaclyn tried her level best to rectify but kids are gonna be kids, whaddyagonnado?

I loved the space~ It was a short stay, but it felt like home! I loved opening the curtains and watching the neighborhood move & groove!! I had trouble with the parking instructions, I arrived late maybe 10pm and I’ve never been AND my phone died🫠😂 So problem with parking instructions was all me! I got it figured out taking a walk around the next day!! Crazy part I actually parked correctly but got nervous and moved the night before😂😂! All that to say~ Incredible space, it’s cute! I could see myself living there😍 plus there’s a burger joint downstairs, a bar restaurant/karaoke/patio soon as you walk out attached to a taco joint, a cafe and the other side a mini market!! THEN there’s a breakfast joint! I mean…bruh!! I had all the information I needed from the hosts before my trip & day of! Everything was clear, the space was great and I would do it again!! That was long winded, my bad😂😂

Monica’s place was as described and per the photos. The space was comfortable & quiet. Monica is a great host, there if needed and made sure I was well taken care of. Astral House Wellness Retreat has my recommendation. Thank you!

Monique’s place was centrally located in downtown. Walkable to baseball, restaurants, the water to look over Canada. The bedroom was very quiet at night which was key as you were on a very busy street on Washington Boulevard. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

As soon as we got to Detroit, and got in the building my girlfriend looked at me and said “wow this is a gem”. I hope anyone’s experience was as good as ours. 10/10 service too.

This was perfect as a home base for adventuring in Detroit! Beautiful, cozy space and thoughtfully stocked with convenience items. Awesome location, super fun area. Felt right at home and loved our time here!

Sierra’s place was great- spacious and clean. Just as decribed/in the photos. She was communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. If there’s one thing- it has to do with the construction of the building I believe- you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around quite well. But other than that, everything was as described, and walking distance to restaurants and stores.

What a joy for this former Detroiter to bring friends to such a lovely, comfortable home in a perfect downtown location. Tyson was extremely responsive and proactive, friendly and gracious. The home was well-stocked with far more than any I’ve rented before. Will certainly return when the opportunity arises.

My partner and I stayed here for about a month and loved it! The place is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of greenery adding to its charm. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the fast internet, along with the large office room and desk, made it ideal for remote work. Just be sure to follow the parking instructions—parking in the driveway by the garage is recommended.

The Big Cheesy is a fantastic place to stay and I will definitely stay here again. Hayden is an awesome host and communication is top notch. From the very first message I was made to feel welcome. The location couldnt be better from seeing a Tigers game to catching a concert at Little Caesars Arena. Every thing is easy walking distance. The house has excellent modern amenities and is decorated in a fun cheesy theme. Thank you Hayden for providing a perfect stay which capped off an amazing trip to Detroit. :)

Michelle and Pete were responsive and helpful. The house looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean, orderly, and just a cool spot.

This place is close to downtown and close to 3 main freeways (75, 94, and 96) so getting places always felt easy during my stay. The place is also just like the pictures are. It was clean and the layout was comfortable. Would definitely stay again in the future

Willis St couldn’t be in a better location, as walkable as it gets. Clean, bright unit. I have stayed in a few places in Midtown but this is the best. Will definitely be booking again.

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

Frances was a great host. She kept the place spotless for us and had no problem with our late check in. She was quick to respond and very friendly. Would stay there again if I was back in the area.

Elainea's condo was a nice size with full kitchen and our stay was peaceful and quiet. Elainea was very responsive to any questions, and I would stay again if in the area!

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

I loved staying here. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The market across the street is amazing!!! I felt like I could've lived here forever and been happy. Entry and exit process were both very easy. The host was accommodating and the laundry facilities in the basement were very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!
