Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Midtown, Memphis

This was perfect for us. we stayed here to visit Graceland and see the Peabody ducks. It is close to downtown and right next to the Hwy for quick drives.

Wowzers!! What an exceptional pink and gold home! We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and clean this home was. It is exactly how it looks in pictures and felt very comfortable and homey. The backyard was a beauty and very flat for good entertaining and games. I would HIGHLY recommend this home for a stay in Memphis! Everything I'm the home matches down to the cutlery and lamp shades! It was a super cute and comfortable stay for a couple of tom-boys :) .

We had a fantastic stay at Dwan's place! He was a great host and provided us with a welcoming and comfortable experience. The house was clean and well-maintained. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

Zach and Maxwell's place was just perfect for our needs. It is a beautifully remodeled home in the Central Gardens Historic District, and importantly to us, close to Rhodes College. Zach checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. He was very responsive and courteous. We were grateful to have the use of the garage. This helped us move our daughter out of the dorm and keep the car packed overnight. The home was modernly furnished and had all the amenities we needed (for a family of 5). The staircase had lights that allowed us to travel downstairs easily at night. I particularly enjoyed the record player and old Elvis albums! My mother enjoyed sitting in the backyard with a book and looking at the plants. The home is close to a variety of restaurants as well as a Kroger's, if you choose to cook. If you are traveling to Memphis, this is the perfect home for you!

This place was truly five stars — absolutely beautiful from the moment we walked in! I loved the artwork and the attention to detail throughout the space. Everything we needed for a short stay was thoughtfully provided, plus a few extra touches that made it even better. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Memphis that’s close to downtown but not right in the middle of it, this is the spot. Thanks so much for having us — I’ll definitely be back!

We loved staying here and I’d come back just to stay here again. This is definitely one of the top Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed in and the bed was one of the most comfortable. We loved the snacks, breakfast items, and the bottle of wine. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

I’m a very honest person and this house was GREAT - I thought having 1 bathroom was gonna be hard but it worked out just fine with a group of 3 boujee women

The Memphis house was the perfect place to stay for my daughters and I on our first trip to Memphis. The home was comfortable and quirky and full of fun informative displays/activities. Hayes was informative and friendly, and communication was clear and helpful.

I absolutely loved my stay! It was a lovely home and I had no issues. I do want to warn others with quite a bit of luggage that it’s a little tricky up the stairs but definitely recommend. Thank you!

Wonderful place! The studio was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had lots of amenities. Good water pressure in the shower. The neighborhood was quiet but we could still walk to several restaurants and Overton Park. Taylor was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a nice stay. Everything was clean. We had a small issue getting in the gate but we received immediate instruction that worked. I loved the security of the gate. The only thing is we could hear the upstair’s neighbors walking and moving around. We loved being in this area because it was walkable to Beale St. restaurants, Lorraine Motel, and other rooftop restaurants, and the river. Drew and Emily were very responsive and great hosts!

Great suite with all the amenities and a responsive host

I appreciated Annie‘s space a lot. I felt home in the space pretty quickly, and I was glad about the washer and dryer. The neighbor hood around Overton Square is lively and can be reached in walking distance. I’d book it again. Annie is great, very reponsive and helpful.

The atmosphere of this place was just fabulous. If you’re in Memphis you should definitely check this place out. The gate system was explained well when asked and it made us feel more comfortable.

Great place to stay if you visit Memphis. Close to Beale Street and the national civil rights museum (a must see!)

We traveled with our daughter and granddaughter to visit the National Civil Rights Museum. When we started looking for lodging, the cost for this condo seemed kind of high. But once we looked at hotels and some of the other condos, we realized the rate wasn’t out of line, especially considering what you get for the money. The location - you’re a maximum 10-15 minute walk from anything one might want. Great restaurants are right around the corner. The Civil Rights Museum is an easy 10 minutes. Beale Street is just a few minutes more, but there’s easy parking if you’d prefer to drive. The condo is perfect for traveling with other people - plenty of privacy as the bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the space. The kitchen is very nice with everything one might want. We didn’t do any cooking, but we did get takeout and ate around the dining table several times. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo and our stay there, and we highly recommend it!

enjoyed the stay. Bed was not as comfortable as I'd hoped. I'm not sure what kind of mattress was used. otherwise everything worked out well for my bry quick trip.

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

Definitely worth the deal... location is the best. Super comfy room and easy to access. 4-5 blocks from any restaurant (slider in -the best- is 2 blocks away) walkable to literally anything except like the pyramid and the foot bridge to take u to AR. Great location!

We had such a great stay at this Memphis home! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home—plenty of clean towels, bed linen etc. it was super easy to get to downtown, Beale Street, and other Memphis attractions. I really appreciated how communicative and helpful the host was throughout my stay—they made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Whether you're visiting for music, food, or just some Southern hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I'd absolutely book again next time I'm in town!
