House holiday rentals in Midtown, Nashville

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

Really great place to stay! Peaceful, relaxing backyard. A few close bars/ restaurants. Quick uber ride downtown.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Such a beautiful property with an amazing host. We felt at home away from home. The neighborhood was gorgeous and very pleasant to walk around every morning. We loved how spacious the home was as well. The pool and hot tub were both clean and such a nice place to spend an evening while grilling out with friends. The experience was amazing, we cannot wait to go back🙏🏼

We had such a good time at this house! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to be able to do any or all meals at the house, the bedrooms were great sizes, the couch was wildly comfortable and the backyard was beautiful! Great location, we felt safe walking to a nearby playground and there were plenty of restaurants/breweries in a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alex’s condo. It is very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We enjoyed swimming in the pool as well.

We had a great stay, everything was exactly as described. East access to downtown, beautifully decorated. The backyard was great for some downtime.

My family and I came into town and this was the perfect place for us! It was a super cute little home and we had everything that we needed for a comfy stay. Not to mention, Quynh was very kind and even accommodated us to be able to check in early. It was close to everything, there was plenty of parking, and she had a ton of great recommendations for food and things to do. Highly recommend this cozy and cute home for a wonderful Nashville stay!

Great stay at Casa De Cowgirl! Quiet neighbourhood, clean, cozy house, quick 10 min drive to Broadway or the Gulch. Highly recommend for Bach!! Great spot for the girlies, Maria and Sophia respond super quickly and are great hosts.

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

We were in Nashville for one night. We like to stay in the Nations neighborhood when we visit Nashville. It’s very quaint and feels safe. It is full of families and everything is within walking distance. In the evening everyone is out walking/running. Sean’s place was one of the nicer houses we’ve stayed. It was very clean with practical amenities. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We were very comfortable.

My family and I had a great stay! Tiffany is very responsive. She gave us local recommendations which were spot on. She also left us snacks and drinks which were really thoughtful. The property is minutes from every place you'll want to be in the area. The space is well thought-out and accomodating. One room is closed off and one is in the general living space. This was actually pretty great. With little ones who are often a little apprehensive in a new town, this actually worked well because they were able to stay close. All-in-all, we had an amazing stay with an amazing host!

We brought our youth group for an event at a local university. The two floors allowed us to give separate sleeping quarters for the boys and girls. Three full baths ensured we were all able to be ready to go on time. We used the living room at night for our final devotional, and we had plenty of room for all of us. This is our second time staying here, and once again, we were pleased with our stay.

We booked Mandolin Cottage last minute and our expectations were far exceeded! We traveled with our dog to Nashville to visit our daughters, son-in-law, and grandsons for 9 days. The house and neighborhood felt very safe. We were amazed that just half a block away was an amazing park/greenway/golf course we had visited before. It was absolutely beautiful and so enjoyable to walk around. The neighborhood itself is picturesque! Several restaurants were also walkable. The house and beds were so comfortable and no detail was missed! The master bath was amazing! We had everything and more we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking! The back porch also provided a delightful setting. Ed & Elizabeth were so kind and responsive. We couldn't have been more pleased! We hope to find it available for our next visit! Very cool building! Condo was clean and inviting - just as described. We ubered everywhere because it was so hot, but you could conceivably walk to Broadway in cooler weather. Uber drivers had no trouble finding the location. The speak easy in the basement is a nice touch too. Overall, a good value and unique experience when staying in Nashville.

Clay's house was beautifully furnished as it showed in the picture, located in a great located there were grocery stores just a few minutes away, we had all the kitchen appliances that we could possibly need, All the beds very comfortable and a lot of bath towels. We had a party of 8 people the two washer and dryer came in very handy; the neighborhood was quiet and cozy. Check-in/out very easy, the parking was great also was able to put are vehicle behind the gate in the driveway, all three bathrooms were stocks very well there was a fourth bathrooms in the down stair area we were 20 minutes from Broadway i give this house 10 out of 10 would stay here again when we go to Nashville also the front porch was great for having are coffee in the morning it also had very big back yard also fence in

Such a cute place! Lots of personal touches throughout, clean, well stocked kitchen, perfect cozy neighborhood, I could go on and on. Walkable to restaurants, but anything you needed was only a short drive away. The Farmers Market on Saturday morning is a must do only a block away. A quick drive or uber will put you downtown in the middle of the action, but the place is quiet and peaceful. Perfect. If I ever make it back, this will be my first choice to stay. 10/10 recommend.

I enjoyed being able to walk to the trails along the river. My wife enjoyed being able to walk to get coffee.

this was my first ABB experience and they made it amazing!! From having a little coffee maker to soft bed, beautiful room, amazing shower and friendly host!! I will definitely come back! I would definitely recommend them if your looking to go to Nashville!! all and all AMAZING!!
