Steve was very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The property was just like the description, great for a large group.

Our family had a great stay. The home looks like the photos and was very clean upon arrival. The open living space on the second floor and the rooftop were great places for us to relax together. The hosts were responsive to any questions and needs we had.

Excellent stay. Stephen has created a beautiful and comfortable place for you to stay while visiting Nashville. Everything is clean, everything works and is in good condition, and the details a pleasure. The size of the backyard / patio / carport are a big plus too.

Danny was great. He was flexible and available whenever I reached out. The house is amazingly comfortable. Dogs loved the yard. Bring your furry friends here.

This place was lovely. It was the perfect maximalist Airbnb. I particularly loved the kitchen! It was clean and nice and was surprisingly walkable to some great places to eat. I wish we could’ve spent more time there and really got to use more of the amenities the house offered. If you’re getting married and need a bridal sweet or have a bachelorette party this place is perfect! We stayed with my mom, a 3 week old and a 4 year so we really didn’t get to enjoy much, but as many other parents have shared, the pure joy on my daughters face as she ran around discovering all the rooms in the house was priceless and made even a short stay worth it!

My family and I had a great stay! Tiffany is very responsive. She gave us local recommendations which were spot on. She also left us snacks and drinks which were really thoughtful. The property is minutes from every place you'll want to be in the area. The space is well thought-out and accomodating. One room is closed off and one is in the general living space. This was actually pretty great. With little ones who are often a little apprehensive in a new town, this actually worked well because they were able to stay close. All-in-all, we had an amazing stay with an amazing host!

We booked Mandolin Cottage last minute and our expectations were far exceeded! We traveled with our dog to Nashville to visit our daughters, son-in-law, and grandsons for 9 days. The house and neighborhood felt very safe. We were amazed that just half a block away was an amazing park/greenway/golf course we had visited before. It was absolutely beautiful and so enjoyable to walk around. The neighborhood itself is picturesque! Several restaurants were also walkable. The house and beds were so comfortable and no detail was missed! The master bath was amazing! We had everything and more we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking! The back porch also provided a delightful setting. Ed & Elizabeth were so kind and responsive. We couldn't have been more pleased! We hope to find it available for our next visit! We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

Perfect spot for CMA Fest! We often walked to and from all the events from Broadway to Nissan Stadium. Perfect place to get some work done in the morning over coffee on the balcony, or in the living space with plenty of natural light, and then right in the action for the evening. We would definitely book again. Had everything we needed.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

The condo met all our expectations. It was clean and nicely decorated. Kimberly was very responsive and attentive to our stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient location, the condo was furnished and supplied with everything we needed. We did not have any issues or needs to contact Brigitte but we knew she was available if necessary. Thank you for a nice weekend.

Had a great stay with a big group of girls. It had everything we needed and the pool was great! Very clean. A couple things were missing - sheets for the pullout and a cutting board - and the hosts went and got them and brought them to us. Great and responsive hosts, good area, walkable to Broadway if you’re up for it (30 mins or so). The only thing is that the bunk bed in the second bedroom is REALLY high and doesn’t feel super secure. Overall great spot!

Don's place in Nashville was the perfect base for my 5-day stay in Nashville. Close to some of the best restuarants and sight-seeing places in the city, but still retaining the peace and quiet required for a remote-working location. The condo described/illustrated as per the listing description and pictures, and Don's communication was top-class. Would highly recommend to both tourists and remote-workers alike.

Great spot with a flexible and helpful host. Sometimes it's nice to have the host at the property and to know the neighborhood. The area is very residential with a clump of excellent restaurants. Certainly check out Turkey and the Wolf, the food is interesting and delicious. Lyfts to downtown were very affordable. Only wish there was a grocery store nearby. We didn't rent a car. The AC was great and the bed was comfortable. Nice shower and very nice kitchen that we didn't use much. There was a diffuser on the blow dyer as an added bonus. I would certainly stay here again.

This was absolutely perfect in our last minute adventure to find something after our plans got canceled! It was super clean and had gorgeous views from the rooftop! would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Alece’s place! The space was well appointed and very comfortable. We loved exploring the adorable neighborhood which offers a quiet retreat once you’ve had your fill of downtown Nashville. The neighbors were very quiet, with the exception of a little barking from the dog next door. This didn’t bother us as we are up early and love animals. Perfect hotel alternative. Could not recommend more!

The view is lovely. The space is well appointed and the beds comfortable. Loved the little dock where you can look over the river. The bathroom is really well done and spacious, and the living space is well designed. Lovely little spot to rest and relax in Nashville.

There is simply too much to say, so I’ll let the other reviews, description, and photo speak for themselves. We absolutely felt comfortable and spoiled in this luxurious townhome. It was completely spotless but certainly not sterile feeling - it was warm and cozy and truly felt like home, and beyond. Having a roomy garage was a huge perk as well. I would be remiss not to mention that all of this was possible for us because of the passion, clarity, vision, friendliness, and attention to detail Abby and Frederico put into this AirBnB. And truly, it was a great value for everything provided. Highly recommended and will be back!

We stayed here for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was spotless, peaceful, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the biggest highlights for me was the yard—it’s spacious, well-kept, and completely fenced in, which was perfect for my dog to run around safely. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with a pet, this place checks all the boxes. I’d absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed the condo and it was exactly as described. We attended a week-long event working long hours and the condo was a short drive to and from the event location and a comfortable, safe place to sleep each night. Parking was always easy. We had no problem getting dinner delivered to our door several nights. James quickly responded when we asked to extend our stay by one night, and check-out was easy with no long list of chores for us to do before leaving. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet place to sleep while visiting Nashville.
