The house was as shown in the photos, the check-in instructions are very clear, we had no difficulty checking in. The availability of spare keys was a positive detail. We stayed comfortably as a family of 4. It was clean, it does not have its own parking, but there are parking spaces where you can park on the nearby streets. The host answered all our questions quickly. We may have minor criticism, such as the lack of a curtain on the bathroom window and the ceiling being too low upstairs. We'd love to stay again.

Chris and Veronika were super accommodating and very friendly. Location was great, view from the property was amazing, and the cleanliness/quality of the apartment was stunning. Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. Many thanks to Simon and Sabrina.

Carina, Klaus and her whole family were so welcoming during our time here and we had such a wonderful stay. The facilities were spacious, clean and there was plenty of room for two adults and two children - not to mention the stunning views. A perfect location to enjoy surrounding bike parks and a very easy walk to the regular tram into Innsbruck. Being able to see the organic farm in action was such a great experience for the kids and the delicious bakery next door was an added bonus. Thank you for such a great stay, we hope to be back!

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast with a view of the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely at ease - almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, we were even able to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for all those who want to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: "Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?" I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶

I felt very comfortable in Gabi's accommodation. The bathroom is great, the view is great and the mattresses also suited my taste. Even the TV is outstanding for an apartment. The kitchen is small but nice, everything necessary was available to cook something quickly in the evening. Regarding the location, you have to be aware that a main artery passes by the bedroom. If you can only sleep with the window open, you may have to help a little with earplugs. None of that bothered me. If you've been hiking all day, you'll sleep like a log in the evening. The advantage of the location is that you can reach the bus stop after only about 100 m. I highly recommend the apartment and would come back anytime.
