Our comfortable 2 bedroom apartment has the perfect location at the edge of the old town - close enough that all the city is right on your doorstep (4 mins walk to the cathedral & city hall). It has a gorgeous terrace that catches the morning sun, wifi, central heating & a smart TV. There's no elevator but it's only half a flight of stairs (8 steps) from street level. Although the apartment does not have an elevator, it's just one short flight of stairs (9 steps) from the street level. PARKING: We have a parking space available for free for guest use, located a 3 minute walk away from the apartment. We have a large parking space (fits even vans) available for free for guest use just a 3 minute walk from the apartment. One of the bedrooms contains a large queen-sized bed (160x200cm) and looks out onto a green park area and olive tree. The morning sun really streams into this bedroom and it's lovely to wake up to, but there are also inbuilt roller blinds on the outside of the window which keep the room perfectly dark until you're ready to get woken by that sun! The second bedroom contains 2 single beds (80x190cm) which can be pushed together to make a queen bed, and also has roller blinds on the windows. Both bedrooms contain large wardrobes and desk areas. The apartment is very quiet - with the view out onto the green park you almost feel like you're out in the country, belying the fact that just across the road you are right in the heart of the old town - you're also just enough away from the noisy central city bars and restaurants to get a good nights sleep! The open plan kitchen and lounge area opens up onto the cute and comfortable terrace area - there's seating for up to 4 people both out on the terrace as well as around the kitchen island. There's free wifi and the TV is a 43" smart TV with access to internet; Netflix, youtube. If you have your own Netflix account you can log onto that, otherwise you are welcome to use ours. For winter guests the apartment is cosy and snug with central heating controlled by a thermostat inside the apartment so guests can control the desired temperature easily. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, and there's a washing line outside the main bedroom window to hang your laundry out to dry. We also have drying racks which can be put up inside the apartment to dry laundry inside if necessary. The kitchen is another room where the morning sun just streams in; it is fully equipped and contains an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric cook top. CHECK-IN: Check-in between 4pm* - 10pm AT THE LATEST. (*however you can still drop off your bags and pick up the keys if you arrive between 12-4pm). Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible and with as much accuracy as possible. We are very responsable hosts and if you tell us a time we will be at home waiting - inacurrate arrival estimates can sometimes mess up an entire afternoon for us so we appreciate if you treat our time with as much consideration as we treat yours :-) *WE DON'T ACCEPT ARRIVALS AFTER 10pm, however if something UNFORSEEN happens on the day to make you late, late arrivals after 10pm incur a €30 fee.

El Apto está en una 3ª Planta sin ascensor, y está muy cerca de todo, en una zona con dos grandes parques para niños, supermercados, tiendas de moda, sidrerías & restaurantes locales, tenemos un centro de salud que está muy próximo a unos 500 Mtrs, y también varias farmacias, tenemos calefacción de gas Natural y mucha agua muy calentita, los radiadores están por todas las estancias de la casa, y también en el baño, igualmente disponemos de lavadora y tendedero (gratis) y una cocina completamente equipada, con vitrocerámica, horno, y horno microondas y un gran frigorífico combi, con un gran congelador, además de todos los enseres necesarios para su uso, platos, cubiertos, vasos y Etc. Bajo petición te podemos poner una trona, y también una cuna para bebes hasta 3 años tipo portátil bien equipada con colchóncito y su ropita de cuna. Si necesitas alguna otra cosa, haznoslo saber y te ayudaremos. Te va a encantar. Al ser apartamento de alquiler completo, disfrutarás de todas las estancias de la casa, también disponemos de trasteros con llave en la planta baja, para poder dejar carritos bebe y otras cosas que no quieras subir al apartamento. El apartamento se encuentra, en una tercera (3) planta, (sin ascensor) Solo se puede subir por escaleras. Por favor ten esto en cuenta.

The accommodation is very spacious and cozy. It is renovated trying to give it a new and functional air, but without losing its vintage essence. It has a large kitchen-living room, in the same room, which makes it very cozy; two bedrooms with very different atmospheres, bathroom with shower. We have a patio with a porch, in which we have a seating area for socializing, and a dining room. Important Information: The Wifi has a speed of 600 megabytes upload and download, the speed is symmetrical.
