Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

Netjes ingericht en functioneel appartement. Gelegen in het centrum, alle belangrijke toeristische sites zijn beloopbaar. Restaurants in de omgeving (en deviezen hierover van Sonia). Veel privacy en rustige locatie, slapen met raam open.

Mi familia y yo hemos estado estupendamente en el piso de María, la zona es tranquila, por la noche ningún ruido (hemos descansado muy bien). El piso súper amplio, cómodo y limpio. Con todos los servicios. La verdad que hemos estado muy bien y María y su familia son estupendos y nos han tratado muy bien!! Seguramente si volvemos a Pola de Lena lo haremos de nuevo en el piso de María.

Maite is an excellent host. The apartment is exactly as described and is very clean and well presented. The apartment has everything you need - we stayed for 3 weeks and it was perfect. It is located in the centre of Oviedo with shops, restaurants, buses all within walking distance. We will book again when we return to Oviedo.

This is a lovely modern apartment with spectacular views from every window. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The apartment is very central with easy walking to many attractions including the beautiful beach. The hosts met us at the car park and helped us to the apartment with our luggage. They were very kind and helpful. A great stay!

What a great stay we had in Amaya’s beautiful property. The apartment was perfect - clean, convenient, well located. Amaya is a fantastic host who met us and explained everything in the apartment and she then shared great City info. Parking underground 30 meters away was a huge bonus. Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

Carlos es una persona excepcional, muy buena comunicación con él y pendiente de que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto. Nos recibió con una botella de sidra y unos casavielles. El apartamento tal y como se muestra en las fotos estaba impecable. Nosotros viajamos mucho y nos alojamos en muchos apartamentos y es la primera vez que nos encontramos un apartamento limpio, una cocina, limpia, el baño impecable y muchos detallitos, es de agradecer la verdad. La zona donde está ubicado el piso es una zona residencial tranquila y hemos podido descansar.Tienes de todo alrededor alimerka, Carrefour express, farmacia. Además te deja estar con tu perrito y va con plaza de garaje.

Hermoso apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía comoda y agradable. Carmen super atenta y proactiva, nos recibió y nos explico todo muy bien. La ubicación es buena para hacer base y conocer Picos de Europa y otras ciudades cercanas como Oviedo y Gijon. Ademas que el pueblo de Cangas de Onis es precioso. El apartamento estaba super limpio, ordenado y completo. El parking en el mismo edificio muy conveniente. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Gracias Carmen!!

Super recomendado, desde el primer al último día Carlos siempre ha estado pendiente y respondido rápido a mis necesidades, la casa es súper moderna y está súper bien distribuida, y tiene unas vistas a la ría y al monte increíbles!! Tienes TODO a menos de 5 minutos, supermercado, quiosco, bares y el centro!!! Incluso la estación de bus y Renfe está a 2 minutos. Repetiré 100% con este encantador apartamento y amables propietarios ✨

The location of the apartment is very convenient for getting to the city center. All appliances are in good condition. I highly recommend it to those who enjoy high-tech amenities, especially the auto-check-in system. Although we were locked out of our room with no one came to open the door with a physical key during the power outage, as all doors can only be opened with electronic code locks. Anyway, who knows if we will meet the power outage! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oviedo and thank you to the host.

The apartment is comfortable, tastefully furnished with a modern and clean design. It is just a few minutes walk into the centre where there is an ample choice of restaurants. The on site garage is really a big help. You’re only 30 minutes from La Salinas beach by car. We couldn’t have asked for more. We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

We really enjoyed our stay at picabel. The location is quiet and has a beautiful view over the mountains. Perfect to relax. A car is necessary to get to the location, but it's perfect spot to depart from for different hikes in the neighborhood. Parking is also foreseen at the location. The jacuzzi is a nice addition to the airbnb. Our host was very responsive and welcoming.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Leider konnten wir fast nie an der Strasse parkieren da alle Parkplätze immer besetzt waren. Wir mussten ca. 7min (Fussweg) parkieren. Ansonsten war alles wirklich perfekt!

Localização muito boa e perto da estância de ski. Apartamento aconchegante e tudo conforme a descrição. Bom aquecimento. O Ivan mostrou-se sempre muito disponível desde o inicio. O único ponto negativo é não ter Wifi.
