Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage war sehr gut.

El alojamiento está muy bien localizado, en una zona tranquila pero con fácil acceso a todo: calles peatonales, estacionamiento cercano y varios supermercados. El apartamento estaba impecable a la llegada, muy limpio y equipado con muchas comodidades que hicieron nuestra estancia muy confortable. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos y volveríamos a hospedarnos allí.

Appartement très fonctionnel, propre , agréable très bien situé, proche de tous commerces. Petits défauts : les chambres donnent dans la rue principale donc assez bruyante (normal mais nous ne sommes pas habitués !!), les volets n’occultent pas et le matelas trop mou à notre goût bien sûr. L’accès à l’appartement est pratique grâce au système de boîte à clés. On a pu se garer dans la rue principale sans difficulté et gratuitement mais la période s’y prêtait surement. L’agence est très réactive s’il y a un problème, on peut les joindre facilement par message. Pour info : Ne pas hésiter à faire plusieurs petites supérettes car les prix varient beaucoup d’une à l’autre. La région est superbe, il y a fort à faire s’il l’on veut. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et pourrions revenir avec plaisir.

Wir hatten mit unserem kleinen Kind ein sehr angenehme und schöne Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Nahegelegenen Buchten waren das Highlight.

Beautiful villa in the middle of town yet with enough space to feel like you could be in the hills…very close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

We enjoyed our stay at the house very much. We were 8 people and it was comfortable that two of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and there is a third for the other two rooms to share. The upstairs bedroom doesn't have a door, so it should definitely be used by those who go to bed the latest and get up the earliest. It didn't bother us, but might be a good information for other guests. The communication with Raphael, who was our local contact, was very nice and easy going and he always responded quickly when we had questions. The kitchen has a good size, a good bread knife was missing though :-), but other than that we got by quite well. There are no neighbouring houses nearby, which is very nice. The pool has a good size. It was just a bit cold in mid October, but that's not the host's fault :-) and our kids still enjoyed to plunge in the water. There were people looking after the pool twice a week. The ocean was quite warm still (warmer than the pool). The beach is in walking distance and very nice. You have to be good on foot though to get there. It's not far but it involves some climbing. Also in October the sun isn't able to dry the sand anymore, so lying on your towel always ends in it being wet whether you went swimming or not. However, you don't have heaps of people and the water and the scenery are fantastic. The village is very small. There are no shops and very few restaurants (we didn't like the Casablanca, which was the only place open in autumn). However, the next village Colonia San Pere, is very pretty. Also small, but with several grocery shops and restaurants along the seaside.

Die Finca ist wirklich ein Traum ! Noch besser als auf den Bildern. Super Ausstattung auch für Kinder. Der Außenbereich ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Mir alltägliche Dinge wie Schwamm, Geschirrhandtücher, Müllsäcke, Öl und Salz + Pfeffer wären nett gewesen. Sonst war es wirklich ein perfekter Urlaub !

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern dort und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Haus mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Mit dem Auto kann man von dort aus viele Ausflüge machen, auch der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Schönes Haus mit moderner Küche und viel Platz rundherum. Gepflegter Garten! Perfekt für Familien oder kleinere Radsportgruppen. Da das Haus etwas ausserhalb liegt, ist ein Auto eine zwingende Voraussetzung.

Super schöne Finca- für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Hier ist es egal, wie viele Touristen auf der Insel sind- man hat ein großes Areal für sich und der nächste Nachbar ist weit entfernt. Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt (es war auch für März ungewöhnlich kalt auf Mallorca), sodass wir etwas Probleme mit der Beheizung der Räume hatten. Ansonsten waren Ausstattung und Lage wirklich toll. Der Check-In und Check-Out waren super einfach und schnell. Wir würden immer wiederkommen.
