The stay at BnB Valencia from Elvana and Giampiero was perfect from start to finish. Speaking of the accommodation, it was in line with what was described, very spacious and clean as well as strategically located since it is only a two-minute drive from the highway while only 15/20 minutes from Pescara (to the north) and Ortona (south), from which the magnificent overflow coast begins. In the house there is also a cat and a dog, well trained and super used to strangers! Special mention goes to the hosts, Elvana and Giampiero, who from the first moment welcomed us at home by giving us tips on places to visit, coves where to dive, restaurants to eat, offering an all-round experience that allowed us to relax and enjoy the vacation even more, avoiding potential tourist places and fully living a region that has so much to offer. Simone's house was very comfortable and welcoming. Made the kitchen and bathrooms easy to use for guests. Dogs, cats, chickens and birds welcome you, while olive trees and grapes provide shade. The location is very good for visiting Abruzzo. I recommend everyone!

Five days were too little compared to the experience of staying in this relaxing and restorative paradise in a fairytale, quiet and quiet context... exactly what I was looking for! I found it after a careful search and I have to say that it was ideal from the listing, once I arrived I could see that it perfectly met my expectations! The structure is very clean, very tidy, modern and complete with everything, there is really nothing missing from the amenities to the surprises left by the owners in the kitchen, which you don't expect and that you really appreciate :) Very kind and helpful hosts who thank you so much for your hospitality. The (beautiful) pool may seem like the differentiating element, but in reality the real plus is the largest balcony overlooking a green expanse of the super peaceful fields. Thanks to the type of stay I spent here I can start working completely rested and relaxed again, I will be back as soon as I can !

My first solo trip to Abruzzo, but surely not the last! Fabrizio is very welcoming and available throughout the stay. His apartment is well located in a quiet area but close to the sea and the mountains. I felt safe in her home and spent pleasant evenings on the beautiful terrace. Very nice little village with a nice little cafe on the pretty little square. Everything was clean and nothing was missing for a pleasant stay. Great value for money. Very good advice from Fabrizio to buy wine from a producer in the village. Go there with your eyes closed. Visit Abruzzo, it is a beautiful region.

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

As soon as you're back and we hope to come back... Property in a good location, well cleaned and well-stocked. Beautiful outdoor space, parking inside the courtyard, which is a lot of stuff. The owners are two beautiful people, with whom to have a chat, it is a pleasure, kind and very helpful. We are super satisfied.

Alberto's place is the most thought through Air BnB we've ever stayed in - every detail was considered and we didn't want for anything. The apartment was spotless and a really soft, relaxing vibe, just by the beach. You can tell he enjoys cooking because we had everything we needed for a nice lunch on the balcony. He even spotted it was my husband's birthday and brought us a little sweet surprise! A great place to stay if you're visiting Pescara.
