Holiday rentals with a patio in Mihotići

Fab place. Responsive host. Super clean& comfortable. Had everything we needed including a washing machine. Would highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation and host!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

We absolutely loved the views from the apartment — they’re stunning! The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s just a quick 5-minute drive to a big supermarket, which was super convenient. The location is perfect for exploring Rijeka, Opatija, and the beautiful island of Krk.

We had booked very spontaneously. Stefanija kindly received us and we even got a guest gift from her. She was always very quick to respond when we wrote. We need a little longer to communicate in person as she understood very little English, but that was not an issue. We were happy every time the cats came to visit us and had spent a few quiet and relaxing days there. The only drawbacks for us were that a toaster was missing and unfortunately we didn't have a sea view either (but that's only incidental). The biggest "problem" for us was that even with our small car we could hardly enter the parking space because the whole street was parked and it was difficult to get out, but of course Stefanija can't do anything about it:) just a note in case someone arrives with a larger car. All in all, a top accommodation and Stefanija is a super nice host :)

Apartment on the 7th floor was particularly clean and very spaciously equipped with all the comforts. Modern and tastefully furnished, with two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. Modern kitchen that was particularly well equipped with utensils and equipment!! Terrace is wonderfully spacious, has two sun loungers and a seating area with table. Amazing sea view and Opatija! Car park with private car park. Under the complex is a large supermarket with a large DM drugstore in addition. There was also a coffee shop on the ground floor. There is a bus stop opposite the apartment building. Two fast elevators are present in the complex. Very warm welcome by English-speaking host who was extremely friendly. Nice starting point for various excursions in the area. In short: highly recommended in every way!

Everything was wonderful! The apartment was very beautiful, clean, and tidy – we immediately felt at home. The host was also very helpful – she always responded quickly to any questions and was ready to assist. Highly recommended!

Can totally recommend! The apartment was exactly as advertised, very clean with modern furniture. We loved the balcony and the beautiful view on the sea and the sunset- big plus for us were also the nets to keep insects outside :). We also met the father of the host, who was super friendly and helpful! Thanks for having us, we really enjoyed our stay!

The stay at Dragana's was very nice. She and her husband are great, very friendly hosts. Your apartment is quite small, but you have everything you need. The view from the terrace is very nice, as well as the path to the sea behind the house. The surroundings are also beautiful and the promenade is very close by. The airport is nearby, but we only heard one fly on our walk. It may be because we were visiting outside the session. We definitely enjoyed it there.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

Very nice and clean apartment in a quiet location. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The whirlpool and terrace are perfect for relaxing.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Very great house for a mountain escape!

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Great accommodation with a fantastic view. We were incredibly well looked after by the hospitable hosts. Anamarias mother offered us delicious homemade lemonade when we arrived. We also got help ordering delicious pizza home as the children were hungry after the trip. The apartment was very clean and tidy. There was everything we wanted in the kitchen. Nice barbecue area. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. We had it completely private but if there was anything the hosts were available to help us at any time. We are very happy with our stay.

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

Very nice accommodation, well equipped with all the necessities. Amazing view of the sea. Impeccable bedding and cleanliness. Warm welcome from parents. We recommend it without hesitating!

For check-in and checkout we were welcomed by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with this stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and its surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! Recommended without hesitation.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

The apartment is simply perfect and can be highly recommended. We felt very welcome. Everything very well and clean. Sanja is really a dream hostess. The garden and terrace are fantastic and the area offers many excursion possibilities. Many thanks to the friendly hostess, we enjoyed the stay very much.

We were warmly greeted by Fabian and his mother. Our little mouse on four paws was also welcome. The space was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment is well-maintained and furnished in a contemporary style. The kitchen is well equipped. We received tips for excursions and restaurants in the area and a delicious jar of honey as a farewell gift. We were always helped with questions. Thank you, we had a relaxing and beautiful holiday.
