Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Love Nest in the Heart of Sardinia

The little house on Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Casetta", because everything seems in small format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with friends or family. The two studios - Sa corbe and Su chiliru - can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. They are equipped with a panoramic veranda and outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after a hot summer day.

It is a great base for visiting the beaches of Sinis, the area of Capo San Marco (Putzu Idu, Sa Rocca Tunda), S'Archittu and Santa Caterina, or visiting the source of San Leonardo and the waterfalls, the well of Santa Cristina or the numerous nuraghes in the area.

The house has a panoramic terrace with a table for outdoor dining, from which you can admire the sunset, the sea and the surrounding mountains. Just a 15-minute drive from enchanting beaches. Ideal for those looking for tranquility, nature and authenticity.

It is ideal for couples, small families, and for all those seeking true relaxation in great harmony with the sea and nature.
