Located on Avenue de la Republic, the location is simply ideal: shops, restaurants, market, historic centre, pedestrian streets and public transport are within reach. Everything begins here.

The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet small pedestrian street near Place Foch. The accommodation is on the first floor. It includes a kitchen and lounge area with sofa, a bathroom (shower and WC) a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance is independent. Shared places: we live next door but make available during the stay the small courtyard with garden table and chairs, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and for bicycles or other.

Beautiful little house with character located in a charming fortified village of Aveyron. Close to Rodez, Aubrac, Millau, Gorges du Tarn, this home is ideal for 2 people who want to discover the region in an original place. The house has a very charming architecture completely renovated that offers a private terrace. You can enjoy the calm of the village. Be prepared, there are no shops in the village (10 min drive to nearest shops)

Sweet atmosphere in the heart of the city

Charming 65 m2 independent apartment on the second floor of an old renovated house, on a pedestrian street, very quiet, in the heart of the city. It has 2 large bedrooms, (one with a 160 wide bed and a dressing room, another with a 140 bed and a 90 bed.) a spacious bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet, a small living room with sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen where 5 people can gather around a table. Wi-Fi available.

Nice 40 m² apartment at the bottom of our old house with a bedroom (1 bed of 140), a bathroom with toilet, a large living room (1 sofa bed) with a recent open kitchen and all the necessary equipment. A small private terrace is reserved for rent with a table and 4 green garden chairs as well as the view of the Pouncho d'Agast mountain of Millau. Our terrace with plancha and jacuzzi can be made available on request in summer.

It is close to several car parks including that of La Condamine located 600 m walk away and the parking lot of the train station located 800 m walk away. There are other car parks all around within 600m.
