Two-room, 32-m² apartment with windows on two sides. Old house… renovated in 2024 100 m from the police station, 200 m from the cinema. 2 min from the train station. The alleys around can offer you a place. Paid parking during the day, free at night, is on the same street. Shower 70/70 cm… Bathroom adjacent to that of the neighbors... which can cause discomfort. The walls are thin, so if it’s noisy, don’t hesitate to go and knock. The apartment is on a quiet, one-way street.

The apartment is located in a quiet small pedestrian street near Place Foch. The accommodation is on the first floor. It includes a kitchen and lounge area with sofa, a bathroom (shower and WC) a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance is independent. Shared places: we live next door but make available during the stay the small courtyard with garden table and chairs,on the ground floor as well as a laundry room with washing machine , for bicycles or other.

Restaurants (Diapason and Château de Creissels), canoe rentals 1 min walk. Shops nearby (tobacco and grocery store). Market on Sunday mornings (see photo) 1-min walk. Numerous outdoor activities in the area. Beautiful view of the Brunas take-off (paragliding).
