Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

The house was great and Heath was very responsive and helpful. Very clean house with lots of space and great location!

Place was as described. House was clean as well as the pool and hot tub. Easy to check in.

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beyond the description. It was beautiful and extra roomy. We had a group of bridesmaids stay here for the weekend as we prepared for a friend’s wedding! Having a bathroom in each room was incredibly helpful for couples to get ready for the wedding. The location was extremely private but also close to Chautauqua Institution where the wedding was held. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when booking. We would absolutely stay here again!

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

She was an amazing host! We consider going back in the future. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Nicely stocked and she was very fast to respond!

The house was beautiful. It was just right for the fishing tournament we were at and close enough to be able to shop in the rain. It was within a 5 minute drive to the bay

A great place for my family and myself to stay while we got away for a few days! Everything we needed and planned for was only a few minute drive away from the residence. Lots of space and bedrooms for all the kids to be able to play and have the adults also not feel cramped. Great place, and if/when we come back to Erie we plan on staying here again!

Brittany was excellent and the house was perfectly located and very clean - we would not hesitate to stay there again when in Erie

We loved our stay at Nautical Nook! We went to Presque Isle and Waldameer amusement park during our stay. We were very close to those attractions staying at this house. Very clean and cute house. Mike was an excellent host. He was very welcoming and kind. We had a very pleasant stay and would stay at this location again!

We have stayed Ted’s place twice now. Very lovely home, very well stocked with everything you need. Always clean very responsive to any questions, Angie is the best if you need help also. Would stay again.

Last minute trip to see friends and this place was perfect for our weekend get-away. Decorated with a fun boho beach vibe this place was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed for Sunday brunch. Conveniently close to all Erie has to offer. Private parking in the city is a plus. Communication with Jennifer was easy and informative.

We enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. Michelle was a responsive host and took care of all our needs. The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. It also has two bedrooms, one with a firmer mattress, the other was much less firm. The parking for two vehicles was adequate and off the street. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location is close to both Presque Isle peninsula and downtown. We hope to stay here again.

Beautiful, we felt right at home! The fenced in backyard and deck was stunning but even more beautiful was the view. The house was in a great condition, very spacious but also private enough as there were only two rooms on each floor. The finished basement was so great and we loved that each floor had a full bathroom. the location was perfect, we were close to downtown and to all the wineries we attended. highly recommend!

The house is terrific and we had a wonderful stay. The sunset views over Lake Erie as some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Everything in the house was perfect and in terrific condition. One of my favorite rental experiences!

Joshua’s place was absolutely perfect for our family! The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were super soft. Joshua’s place was very close to everything we came to do and more!

Great place to stay during our drive out to the East coast. Home was clean and comfortable. Lots of decorations around the house! (not a negative, but something to be mindful of if you were to stay there with small children).

We stayed at Brian's place for a long, snowy weekend. It was perfect and exactly as advertised. We appreciated all the cozy touches including extra, soft blankets in the living room and space heaters in the third floor game room and the main floor bathroom. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. We had a great stay!
