There is no walk to the lake. This home is on the shore. Experience an east coast flavor up north in the Cove on Mille Lacs Lake. This newly remodeled lake home is above average in its quality and furnishings! The home sits on one of the best swimming and fishing bays on the west side of the lake and features a downstairs family room, fish cleaning station, and a private dock! There are a ton of games, kayaks, and amenities with this property! The owners are adding a four person paddle boat!

Our cabin is down the street from Castles Resort where pontoons are available for rent (swimming and fishing at city park). If you have your own watercraft, there are 2 public access points just down the street (see pictures). All the amenities of home within 2 blocks~parks, grocery, spa, bakery, and tavern!

Cozy Cabin Lake Front

Great little cabin in a small town, just about 1 hour north of the twin cities. 2 bedroom 1 bath, 650 square foot cabin. Our lake is not beach front, and there are no beaches on the lake. The lake is only 11 feet deep, spring and creek fed. Later in the summer, the water can get murky and filled with algae. Great place to enjoy peace and quiet. Very relaxing! Please note: No parties. Pets welcome with $25 fee. Closest grocery store about twenty minutes away.

Amazing place with great proximity to many things to do around the lake. Launch ramps are very close if bringing your boat and if you just want to go in for lunch can bring your boat through the back canal right to the dock at the house.

What a wonderful place! I can’t believe how perfect the location was for watching the gorgeous sunsets. It was nice to have a private dock, and we particularly enjoyed the fire pit and screened-in sunroom. We arrived to a nice welcome of a basket of treats. The house has everything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to return!

Jana’s rental was perfect for our family of five. Great location near the boat launch, grocery store, restaurants, Dollar General, etc. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Rental was clean, well-stocked, and in a cute neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful with a boat dock made for easy access to Mille Lacs. Kids enjoyed paddle boards and kayaks as well. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Amy Marie's home! The property is beautiful and charming, and the lake view is stunning! It is a large home with lots of space! It was perfect for our extended family vacation. Amy Marie gave us a recommendation to rent a pontoon boat at Beachside Resort Rentals and they had a perfect boat for us and treated us very well. Thank-you for a terrific stay and fun family vacation!

“Blue Bay Getaway” lake front!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Bay Getaway! The property was definitely big enough for our group of 15 and it provided all sorts of amenities such as canoes, kayaks, lawn games, fire pit, paddle boards and a very nice game room! We enjoyed playing pickleball at the new courts in the area, walking to the delicious bakery and Teals (the local grocery store). We rented a pontoon for a day and enjoyed fishing and cruising the beautiful Lake Mille Lacs. Our host, Nina was very responsive with our many questions and the property was very clean. Our group had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and hope to come back again one day.

Rachel’s home was perfect for our family vacation! The house was clean and beautiful. The beds were especially comfortable and the house came stocked with everything we needed! We took full advantage of the beautiful lake views from the dock, fire pit, and spacious deck. Rachel was a very responsive host and we would love to stay here again.
