Jules, Brian, and Bravo are great hosts! There was even a signing with my name on it, welcoming be to the house. Very large kitchen and living room area, I was in a bedroom upstairs with a shared bathroom. There are designated drawers and cabinet spaces in the kitchen and bathroom labeled for each room number, so the guest feels safe to "take up space". There are signs and labels all around tha make it really easy to find things like cutlery or towels. Laundry supplies are available free of charge, which is a plus. Plenty of restaurants nearby and Grand Rapids quite close. As a Dasher, I dashed around Wyoming, Grand Radpids and earned a solid pay in little time. Grand rising!

I felt right at home at Graciela's. It was great to have a full kitchen to cook a home cooked meal. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay, however, it wasn't as homey as many Airbnb's. It was quiet and the residents in the building were all very pleasant. It could have used a little better dusting, but was quite clean.

We had a great time celebrating a birthday downtown grand rapids, with this as a home base. We walked to the BOB and started our night from there. Picked up a cheap lyft to get back after bar hopping that was super easy! Good seating options, beds were comfy and the fridge worked, which is all we needed!
