This typical maisonette of the houses of the North of the 1930s, located in the Scarpe Escaut Regional Natural Park, has been renovated with heart to make you feel close to nature while being in the city center, close to all amenities, highways (5 min) and train station (10 min). Independent building of an old farmhouse completely renovated in the tradition of the North and equipped with all modern comforts It has a total area of 60 m2, well lit by a large bay window overlooking the large garden. All rooms are independent and lockable (hall, living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and toilet). The bedroom has an XL king size bed (200 x 200). A comfortable sofa bed provides a second bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped.
