The house was clean and organized It had many things that we did not expect, equipped both in the kitchen and laundry and things to take to the beach, it was excellent, the pool was clean with many toys to use, excellent service

We have stayed here twice. We love the location, the house and accommodations. It’s very peaceful on the bay with a great pool. Kenny is a wonderful host and makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. We can’t wait to stay there again!

We had the best time. Her home was absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The setting is super relaxing, the kids loved the pool, it was clean and warm. We had a washer and dryer that was super handy. One remote was not working and she had one shipped and replaced immediately. She responded very quickly to ant questions. We will 100% stay if we are ever in Pensacola again. Thank you for having such a lovely home.

Comfy and fun! The pool was my favorite part! Plenty of essentials were provided, there were no bugs inside, and the location is just about perfect. A few things to mention, I wasn't able to close one of the bathroom doors, the door/doorway might be expanded from humidity or something, so it just could not close. The other bathroom toilet is a bit tricky to flush, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to flush it, so I just used the other bathroom!

Joey was an outstanding host from start to finish. His hospitality and attention to detail truly set this stay apart. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made me feel right at ease. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. One of the biggest highlights was the pool—it was absolutely amazing. Clean, private, and perfect for lounging or taking a dip to unwind. Joey really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful, and he made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this experience ranks at the top. Five stars all the way—I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for

I highly recommend Anna house. She is such an amazing host and her home is perfect! Everything was very clean, comfortable & felt like home. We loved how spacious and big it was inside, we loved having the 4 restrooms. Everything was perfect! Anna was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again.

The house was immaculately cleaned, plenty of room, comfortable, and we enjoyed the plethora of family board games to play. It was a great location for what we needed, and never had an issue with anything at all.

This is our 3rd stay at Juan’s place, and 10/10 always a 5 star review!! Plenty of space, clean, always responsive to any questions we have. The kids love the back porch area and swimming pool, the pups love the yard! All the beach amenities you can imagine in the garage. Wonderful place, with matching hosts!

We have came down from San antonio texas, to visit Pace as we plan to move back to Florida. Their house is perfectly located right in the heart of town. Winn Dixie was at walking distance, with Cefco just across the street. The house was the peaceful getaway, that me & my family needed. Brandon was very attentive and responded very quickly to any concerns or questions we may have had. I'd definitely come stay again, but in hopes of moving back home soon, were hopeful that won't need to happen.

We absolutely loved our stay and our hosts were amazing! The home and property were beautiful. Ashlie was so friendly and responsive and made us feel right at home. The kids loved all the animals and were given a tour of the property by the host’s daughter! I would highly recommend this home to anyone who loves nature, animals and nice people ❤️ we plan on staying here again. Thank you Ashlie!!!

This was a great place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and centrally located. Marianne checked in to make sure we had everything needed. Next time we are in town we’ll check for availability here.

This property is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The fire pit is so nice. The little green house is adorable and there's several accommodations for families with small children. I think our nit picks would be there was no grill as mentioned in accommodations and the coffee pot was more of an annoyance than useful because it's so small; however, the French press was fun to use and worked out better. We brought our pup with us and she loved exploring the property. We watered the plants for good karma. Even with only having the one tv, our stay was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts respond quickly and are incredibly nice also. If you're looking for family/pet friendly and comfort, this is your place!

The place is cute and tidy. It has a pet smell, but that is to be expected in a place that takes pets. It has a small room that is convenient for pets. The beds are super comfortable! We had all that we needed and we were very comfortable.

Very nice rental central to downtown Pensacola and the historic district. Easy access to the beaches and in-town attractions such as the Naval Air Station. Very clean and comfortable. Each bedroom has an adjacent bath, all are very modern. I have relatives in area and would highly consider renting this property again because of its location and value.

Annette’s place was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s conveniently located—just a short drive to a grocery store and walking distance to a dollar store, which came in handy. We appreciated that it was dog-friendly, though the tall grass around the property made us a bit cautious about letting our dogs roam due to ticks. Overall, a solid stay with plenty of room to relax!

My family and I had a wonderful time in this home. The city of Milton doesn’t offer a whole lot to do so it was nice to unwind, glass of wine on the deck overlooking the Blackwater River. The house is very clean and has all you need for your stay. The hosts were very responsive.

Great stay! My wife and I were in town for a wedding and had our dogs with us, the yard was perfect for them and the screened porch was fantastic as well. The house itself was spacious and clean.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Barbara’s place. Inside was spacious and cozy. The bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped with all the essentials. The kitchen had everything we needed whenever we had to prepare any meal. The house and neighborhood were quiet and friendly. I hope to be able to stay here again whenever we return to visit our family in Milton.

Our stay in Pensacola was great! We were centrally located to everything. Pensacola beach was only about 20 minutes away. Nightlife was also very close. Devillier's square was abt 5 mins away; so was some bars with good deals and pool tables. There was some construction going on around the neighborhood but it was very quiet and felt safe.

We had a great stay! Jared was very helpful with us needing somewhere last minute. The house was very much like it was described. My kiddos loved the kids room and games. It felt like home ❤️ We will be recommending any family or friends his way when needing a place to stay in Milton!

We did have a hiccup at check-in but overall had a wonderful stay! Jared was wonderful and responsive for any questions or needs that we had while we stayed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very nice!

We loved our stay. We took all the family and friends who could make it. A group of 12! The house is gorgeous! So spacious, we never felt crowded but we also didn’t spend too much time in the house unless we were sleeping. Everyone had their own bed and space! They provided two kayaks and we brought two more plus paddle boards. We enjoyed the bay so much! The house is close to a dollar store if you find you forgot anything. We had groceries delivered. Read the directions for the stove, thank God for those lol. We had so much fun and loved the location as it is not far from Pensacola or Navarre beaches and activities. We actually prefer to stay on the bay because you can do more than in the ocean. This place was absolute perfection for our family. Thank you so much for making 3 birthdays and an anniversary amazing!

It was a dream to stay at this beautiful home! Jaclyn was very sweet and she responded fairly quick!! Everything was super clean and neat and this house really was close to everything!! The beach was only 30 minutes away!! 10/10 recommend staying here!!
