Beach house holiday rentals in Mimizan

We had a perfect stay with friends in Sébastien's accommodation. Everything was perfect. The accommodation is ideally located 100m from the beach. The equipment is numerous and well maintained. We'll be happy to go back. We also recommend the Sud Surf School on the beach next to the accommodation, the people there are super friendly and teachers for those who want to surf.

Excellent family stay in a typical Cap Ferret cabin. The location is ideal 2 steps from shops and feet in the sand, the sunrises are magical! The house is very cozy and fully equipped. The outdoor shower is a must. Thanks to Christel and Marie for this stay. We'll be back!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

A perfect 3 day stay!! The villa is very beautiful, as well as the garden and the pool. We were 3 couples of friends: we each had our own room and our own bathroom. The villa is well equipped. We didn't miss a thing. We were able to arrive without any problems at very late hours. The villa's environment is quiet. We are delighted and can't wait to come back as a family. We recommend it +++

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

J was extremely responsive and helpful! He was there when we arrived, showed us around the property, and made wonderful restaurant & activity suggestions. Because we arrived just before a holiday, he was very kind to help us make restaurant reservations for our entire stay; we would not have gotten in otherwise. The property was very centrally located - a short 1/2 block walk to Josie's Coffee shop; around the corner from a bike rental shop, bakery, grocery store, and the Lighthouse. We walked or biked around the town easily. The house was perfect - Cleanliness is super important to me and it was super clean. The house was recently renovated, had modern updates, and was very nicely decorated. The layout was perfect - each bedroom has its own bathroom. And, enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard at the pool in the late afternoon. This was a jewel of an experience for us.

We had a great time! The place was what we expected: super equipped, we found everything we needed even more . The hosting was very warm , very responsive when we had any questions. We would come back without a second thought if we had to come back to Arcachon!

The charming Kalymnos home was perfect, warm and welcoming. I got the sense the house has been in the family for several generations where much fun was had. The king sized bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me! We felt very at home cooking and eating in the dining room that opens to a beautiful garden with a pool under the deck. It was too chilly for us to swim, but we enjoyed looking at the pool. We used the available bikes to ride a trail next to the Arcachon Bay and visited the Antique Market which was full of cool antiques. In the evenings we enjoyed the short walk from the house to the bay to watch the sunsets. We wanted to experience a community near the Arcachon Bay where French locals live and play. Isabelle’s home gave us that experience. Merci!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful typical Basque Country house. We can only recommend and would be very happy to come back next time.

The three of us felt very comfortable in the apartment, the terrace is significantly larger than shown in the pictures and a real highlight for us, we spent a lot of time outside, the small apartment is nice, the sea is close, as well as the pine forest, the shopping streets of mimizan-Plage are also within walking distance, yet it is very quiet. For sleeping, there is a separate bedroom and a sleeping area on the first floor, which is protected from view but not separated by a door. Two showers and a separate toilet are provided. Because of the good kitchen and the nice gas grill on the terrace, we ate a lot on the terrace. Communication with Claire was great and very easy, she responded very quickly and very nicely to our requests. Overall a very nice stay in Claire's apartment!

Communication with Aurélie was very easy and the house matched the listing in every way: comfortable, well-equipped, perfectly clean and very conveniently located. We had a great time with the family!

Very nice house with all the comforts and nice decor. It feels like home. The welcome by the concierge is pleasant and simple. We loved the proximity to the beach and the Mimizan-beach center, the quiet. We'll be there again.

We are delighted with our stay at Jean-Gil's! Flawless accommodation, literally 2 steps from the beach and close to all shops. The apartment is very nice, spacious, quiet, everything is great even the bedding! We hope to be back soon.

Céline is a dream host, efficient and charming. She quickly solved a security issue I was having with the WiFi. The property is as described and I was able to entertain my family as I had hoped to. Area is a wonderful seaside location with amazing walking and biking trails and the most spectacular beaches.
