The flat is extremely well located. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes. The apartment is clean,relatively small, but exactly as described. Supermarket, bakery around the corner. Towels, bed sheets. You have to bring your own corkscrew. Parking in front of the door. Great value for money!!!!

Rather old residence but ideally located in the heart of Mimizan beach, with elevator and easy parking. The apartment is impeccable, beautiful terrace with a view, and there is everything you need to spend a few days there. Very responsive host.

An Airbnb that we can only recommend! Quiet waterfront residence 15 minutes' walk from the ocean. The apartment was perfect for our stay and Laurent is very friendly and welcoming! We'll be happy to go back!

Hello, we had a pleasant stay at Mimizan beach with Nathalie and her co-host Patricia. 14 days to hear the cicadas, 14 nights to hear the waves. The proximity to shops, the various markets (halls, night or day) are ideally located. No need to take the car, which didn't move much from its private location. The apartment is as described and photos, located a few steps from the supervised beach in a quiet area to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Impeccable bedding. Our meals from breakfast to dinner were all taken on the terrace in the shade until 2:30 p.m. and in the sun in the afternoon and evening. The various exchanges, mainly text messages (as far as we are concerned) have always been responsive (action-reaction) very flexible on the check-in and checkout times. Perfect long weekend in this apartment where the cleanliness is impeccable. Ideally located close to shops and the beach, while being very quiet. Reserved parking is a plus . The apartment is well-equipped, the large balcony is very nice! The arrival instructions were very clear and precise.

Stay for one day and one night at Karine's. Ideal location, very well-equipped apartment, very clean, comfortable bedding, very nice terrace for outdoor dining, secure parking, everything is there to spend a very good time in Arcachon! Excellent stay at Ugo's. Ideal location on the marina of Capbreton and quiet. Shops and restaurants nearby (bakery, small supermarket...). Bike paths next to and about 15 minutes from the sea on foot. Parking in front of the residence (free at this time of year in addition) Charming little apartment with all comforts. Everything about it is excellent I had a great stay in this beautiful region and I will be happy to return! Thank you very much!

Bernard is very friendly and humorous. The location is absolutely quiet, we like to sleep with the window open - you can only hear the sound of the sea.

We felt very comfortable there overall. Location, neighborhood, beautiful amenities - everything as described. However, the garden is much smaller than it appears in the photos. In the kitchen equipment, a teapot and a coaster were missing, which were quickly procured, as well as a second dish towel (there were four of us there for a whole week). The bicycles are very simple and quite small. Right for small explorations in the village, but not for further distances. The times in the description - right after the keyword bicycles - refer to the car, not to cycling. We misunderstood.

We just had a pleasant stay at Christine's. The apartment met our expectations. It is very functional and very well placed. We were hosted very well by Antoine. We found the reception of the merchants very friendly.

perfectly located accommodation for a surf weekend, we lacked nothing Franck and Karen had everything available to us bed linen, towel, coffee , toilet paper as well as great recommendations to go eat. we will come back without hesitation!
