convenient, clean and safe!

This 1 BR unit was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Stayed here for 9 days. Everything is brand new. They have everything you need from kitchen utensils,stove,blow dryer,can opener. Water pressure is strong. Bathroom smells nice. Water smells clean. It feels just like home. Loved everything about this place. Was nice and private. Very friendly staff and very helpful. close to the main road with restaurants. Very Clean and tidy, and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again. Ram, thank you for being kind to everyone. Rumi, thank you for always welcoming us❤️

We were a big family and we were able to fit on the property. we loved that they have an honesty store especially we had kids with us and their supplies at their mini store are affordable. commending zai as well for assisting us the moment we arrived.

The place is modern, clean, and very comfortable, the beds were a little small for us, but we come from the U.S. so maybe that’s why, other than that the place is perfect for families or friends wanting to hangout together in Davao

We were stunned at the location. This is comparable to a private resort. we could not believe how impressive the location was for the price. Arno graciously picked us up from the port (airport pickup also available) and offered us the use of his car to drive around which was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with trees, plants and a pool. The compound is also self-sufficient with solar panels and harvested rainwater. the home itself was extremely modern, equipped with Wi-Fi and starlink for internet, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a bedroom with an amazing view of the garden. In the centre of the garden is a large area for dining and socialising. the buildings are named after the planets and have architecture Which is thematic for the buildings. this is the best Airbnb we have ever been to and it was like being part of the family. Thank you Arno and family. we will definitely visit again.

Our stay here is a blessing in disguise, it was very comfortable and fun. The whole family had a great stay overall, we only wished we could have extended another day. and Kenny was also very accommodating, helpful and respectful.

We had a wonderful stay at House of the rising sun . It was spacious, clean, and well- equipped for our needs. Sir Chris, Maam Apple and all their staff was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house location was perfect for exploring panglao bohol. Jay was a great host and the apartment was exactly as pictured. The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable, and private. The only downside is the construction next door but hopefully they will be finished soon. The best part of the apartment is that there is solar battery backup so if the power goes out because of frequent brownouts, the apartment will still have power for aircon, lights, and the refrigerator. I've slept through many brownouts on the island and haven't even noticed because of his power backup system. I've stayed here at Jay's place many times and I look forward to staying here again. 5 stars!
